I did not expect much from this computer as it was pretty well priced, however it has lasted and has now been pasted down to my child who is doing virtual school and it works great still.

She simply love this laptop it’s perfect can’t ask for anything better

I purchased a computer at the Johnson City, TN, store that lasted 21 days. The folks at Christiansburg replaced it with no hassle. Made me happy.

It’s a very nice computer, but it is dreadfully slow... I purchased one for my grandmother and it’s functional enough for her to maintain it. I purchased another one a few days later for myself, and it makes me want to scream. I’m pretty sure the computers at my sons elementary school are faster.

I bought two one for each of my elementary school kids, they mostly needed it for homework and wanted to play roblox and fortnite. The laptops work well. The plugs however haven’t last. I’ve been trying to find two more but I can’t seem to find ones that fit snug enough.

Decent processor, but heavy for a laptop. Laptop is kind of slow to move from page to page current book picture quality is good.

I was not aware that windows software now requires you to download apps to your computer just to function things like a DVD player. the computer is fantastic, speakers are loud! Just didnt realize that about windows, but I hear that apple computers act in a similar manner.

Great computer for the basic everyday play, browse and fun.

This computer is painfully slow, I read the reviews before purchasing it and though he maybe they just don’t know how to use it correctly. But from the moment I started it up and just to set it up took forever, and the once it was ready starting programs, and loading webpages were extremely slow. I exchanged it the day after I bought it and have been happier since. All I use my computer is for homework, nothing else.
