great laptop for every day business use. fast and reliable

Perfect for my 13 year old!!! She uses this for schoolwork. The price is great and didn’t have to spend an excessive amount. This is our second ASUS and we love them. No problems in the years we have owned them.

My computer is really good for an amateur. It's really fast but the best thing about it was the deal we got. We put it on the Best Buy Credit Card and paid 0 interest if paid within 12 months. Total tech suppport for just $20 a month has been a life saver.

while shopping for a laptop I originally asked about the one I purchased which the salesperson talked me out of buying she sold me on a different one, which she didn't have in stock and was two weeks out. then sold me on the one I wanted in the first place.

My wife has a much better i7 Asus computer which is about 8 months old. I have not noticed a large difference in the performance of the two computers. However, I'm sure that as both of the computers age hers will continue to work with fewer flaws than mine

Reasonably priced and just what I was looking for.

I really didn't use the laptop much when I initially bought, but I did start using it, it would blank out like it had shut off. The power light will still be on but you have to power it off and then turn it back on. You can be in the middle of something it just blanks off. I also had to buy a replacement charger because the one sold with it stopped working.

What a great laptop! Loaded with Windows 10 for under $250 this is a fantastic laptop. Running a small home business as well as FB etc. fantastic buy.

This laptop was a present to myself to begin my return to college and I was presently surprised by its features. This will be the start of my return to college and my pursuit for my four year degree.

bought two both of them were defective which is a shame because the laptop itself was very nice

THE COMPUTER IS GOOD TO BEGIN WITH. THE COMPUTER COULD BE FASTER AND CHEAPER.

We bought this for our grandson. He's very happy with it. The only thing he wishes it had was a touchscreen. I like it because it has a larger hard drive, 500GB and 4 GB of ram. Also, it has a CD/DVD so that was a plus. All in all, not bad at all!

Reliable laptop ,quick start up and hardly any crashes. I like the lighted keyboard for nightime use.

This computer annoyed me so much I gave it to my kids and reverted back to my 8 year old Toshiba. The touch pad has no physical distinction among left and right mouse buttons and the rest of the touch pad. So the cursor will wander around when you try to click. If you are even lucky enough to touch the correct area for the left click button in the first place. There is a small line drawn on the touch pad to distinguish between left and right, but if you are looking at the screen that doesn't help any. Plus, the organization of Windows 10 was not working for me. Back to Windows 7 I go, by choice. I want my frequently used applications to be readily available without actually loading them in advance to optimize the working speed.

Not bad for the price. When i got the laptop the only thing i hated was, it took 17 hours to download the apps

It was all good when I first bought it. Over time, the performance of it slowly declined.

I bought this laptop as a gift from my wife due to the price and performance. She only uses it for school: Microsoft Office applications and surfing the internet for research, but rarely videos. It works great for her and she loves the look.
