It is a decent computer. However, it doesn't seem to process things as fast as other computers I've had.

This is a great laptop for the price. We purchased it for our daughter at college. She has been pleased with it so far.

You know, I used to go to best buy exclusively for electronics. I loved you guys. However the last few visits I had issues with a product, brought it back to solve and basically was told I would have to pay for some type of service or an entirely new product. The first was a cell phone that I used maybe 1 time forgot the password and it could not be replaced or fixed. The second was my last purchase of a laptop that worked for about 2 weeks. brought it in and was told either 200.00 geek squad or buy another product to replace. I have spent thousands at your chain over the years, but that is NO MORE. my last 800.00 dollars I spent basically went down the toilet. you guys have some serious customer service issues. NO MORE FOR ME THANK YOU!

This computer was a good computer at a great price but could not get because it out of stock in my area.

I bought this computer for my Grandma who is not the most adept person when it comes to technology. In need of a new computer, her local tech store was telling her $1000+ in order for her to get a base computer with everything installed. By going onto Best Buy I found out that Asus, the maker of my engineering computer, had released a base consumer computer that was perfect for what she needed and well within a reasonable price range. We traveled to the closest BB to try in store, mostly to compare the latest Pentium (which is what this has) with another computer that had an I5. They were pretty close to the same in speed. With warranty, data transfer, virus protection, and Microsoft, we only spent half of the local tech price at Best Buy. This is not a computer to play games or watch movies (though whose to say you couldn't try since it does have a CD drive). It is a good working laptop for people whose main business on a computer is to do work and manage their virtual responsibilities (i.e. pay e-bills).

I purchase this laptop while it was on sale , the price was $199 so it will work , battery does not last past 3 hours and that's just browsing a few websites , so I guess keeping it plug in is my best bet . I just needed a laptop with a web cam to do online classes which I haven't started yet so I can't say to much about the computer .i haven't tried downloading , uploading , web cam ect.

A laptop in the $300 price range which comes with a DVD read/write.

Computer good for cost. Runs slow. Nice style. Lots of help while in the store.

Good display. Comfortable keyboard with side keypad. Easy setup.

I must say for the price this laptop exceeded any expectations I had in purchasing. I have always bought Dell but decided to try this laptop when I saw the price and what it offered. Its quick..does lag at times but nothing serious. Very pleased and would recommend.

Gets the job done, not a lot of processing power but at this price can't go wrong.
