its a slow laptop when you try to open a few windows at a time. the power cord does not stay pluged in always haveing to make sure it is in all the way

For the money, it's a decent laptop. I've known people who swore by Asus gaming computers, this isn't one of them.

I needed a cheap laptop for grad school when my old one died. I like the keyboard on this one. It doesn't have super powerful speed, but it works fine and is more comfortable than my old one with a bigger area for my hands to rest.

I love this laptop. The only thing is that it started to malfunction less than 3 months after I bought. I got it fixed, but it's disappointing on how fast it messed up.

Had to replace my nice computer due to a windows 10 glitch. This computer was affordable and functions pretty well. I really, really miss back-lit keyboard! A bit different from my previous computers but it does the job.

Love the large screen. Great resolution. Windows 10 included. Service at Best Buy Geek Squad very helpful to help getting started.

Great little laptop for travel. Very light weight and has enough power to check emails, streaming video, and some games. Perfect for a student that needs to right reports.

good,cheap, fast and lots of data space/ very light weight and easy to use in bed and on the go. could use a little better way to get on line takes me a while to log in.

It’s gets the job done but I do see getting a new one soon. The first one I brought shutdown on its own randomly. Definitely a problem when in the middle of a test. The second one works fine. It does its updates regularly but they take up much of the day. I let it update starting around 12 A.M. and it finishes around 11:30 A.M. the next day. That’s a problem when I have to log into class for a set time during those hours. It’s nothing very special about the computer but it could do well for short term use.

It is a little slow starting up, freezes up occasionally online. But works well for the price, it isn't no 600 dollar laptop.

This computer is good for the price. It's not the fastest by any means but if you're just looking for a laptop for browsing the internet, checking emails or skyping it will do the trick.

Would love to take a class with this computer so I will be able to do more things.

this little guy is just what I needed. only use it for surfing the internet and for emails. I don't bog it up with any programs. bought 1 in September 2016. dropped and broke screen. came right back to Best Buy for the same one. Price went up $50 and Best Buy matched the old price!

Inexpensive second laptop. Lloyds using for homework. Slower than others I've used but gets the job done.

Purchased this laptop to back up phones and intent searches when laying in bed. It’s a great value for just doing some things on the net and don’t want to sit infront of the home pc.

I was looking for a cheap laptop for small tasks like watching videos and chromecasting, and a backup for if my desktop crapped out for any reason. It's served it's purpose.

This was ok but it was just to flimsy and would freeze a lot
