No loud fan noises I was worried when I bought this machine, I read a lot of reviews which shows problem regarding Fan noises but the fan noise is good. Sometimes I feel a little bit higher temperature that’s all.

Sales was helpful as I knew what I wanted. My trade in was too old for any rebate however. Once I returned home, original laptop was DOA. Took a while to get new one up but finally did and thoroughly tested it. Customer service was very patient while I did that. Didn't have external CD drive so had to go elsewhere but overall good experience.

ASUS has a good reputation from several sources which was a large part of my decision. Speed and battery time have not been tested on any of my uses.

Its not the best graphics card so if youre wanting to play demanding games go with something like a 4060.

My first one is 11 years old and still working. Other than the intel and Nvidia components , ASUS makes most of their own other components, I believe, and that's why I have faith that their products will have a long life.

This system is much more portable and light weight but also seems to be able to handle the work load. So far so good!
