It’s a true ultrabook that runs like a desktop. Battery life isn’t the best but that’s expected considering the performance.

The devices usually work well and come with the necessary accessories, especially the charger—which is an essential part of any laptop. However, my last two purchases did not include the charger, which was disappointing and inconvenient. It's unclear whether this is a new policy or an oversight, but I hope Best Buy can clarify. A laptop without a charger is incomplete, and having to buy one separately adds unexpected cost and hassle. If open-box items are labeled as "Good" condition, I believe they should include all essential components. I’d appreciate it if Best Buy could ensure chargers are included moving forward.
