However, I am on my second one of these. The camera quit working on the first one and I have excessive coil whine coming from the GPU fan. The quality issues make this hard to recommend.

Great Specs, AWFUL MACHINE

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Bought it open in box in March, Fantastic laptop for first month, it randomly dies midday in May, I run it to best buy, they tell me they cant do anything to fix it, so i exchange it for a replacement laptop (thank god i was still in warranty) however they cant recover any of my data, cool. Bring home new laptop only boots to BIOS screen after the inital setting up of laptop, I bring it back into geek squad within 24 hours of firsr putting hands on the laptop, they inform me that the entire os has deleted itslef, they ask to take my laptop for 24 hours, get laptop back after 24 hours and sets up pin/login and the computer now gets a blue screen of death, followed by a constant boot cycle. you cant even log in. Best Buy employees in store are amazing, over the phone awful. Asus apparently has problems running Windows 11 OS which is something that can cause all these problems and I feel as though ive been scammed out of my money.

If the second laptop BSOD and goes into a constant boot cycle, most likely, Windows is corrupted. To resolve this, please perform a factory reset or a Cloud Recovery.
