That is both it's biggest strength and it's biggest weakness. It has enough horsepower to do anything you want on it. No more, no less. Its not best in class at anything, but it's perfectly competent at everything.

It is actually pretty fast and has your basic need on the computer. I haven't try other feature but for basic need this got the work done.

I got it for multimedia editing and running the sims 4 with mods and such. Needed a computer strength laptop and that’s exactly what I got. It does get warm on the bottom but it’s not loud at all in my opinion.

Easy set up and boots up quickly so I can get to work quickly. Sheek design and color make it a desirable laptop along with processing power. The screen is crystal clear making it easy to edit photos and not get eye fatigue.

Opens programs and things very snappy and is overall a nice laptop. Does get quite warm though, but I expected that from a laptop of this spec!

Price Benefit was an incredible investment. I had a 6yrs old 4K 2 in 1 Asus that died on me. I was reluctant to go back to 1080p but the Oled screen and all the specs and the computer are superb!

It was a little expensive but the price went down $300 eventually and we got a refund. She said she likes how fast it is and how good the picture looks and how it handles multitasking with ease.

I went to Best Buy so I could look at laptops, rather than shop online. Unfortunately, the selection was pretty slim. One of the requirements was a number pad. Little did I know until I got this model set up is that the number pad is just numbers. The enter key is in the wrong place, as is the decimal point, and the other function keys, rendering the key pad virtually useless. When I inquired as to why so many laptops had no keypad at all I was informed I could purchase one as a peripheral. Well, that is just great. Now that most laptops only have TWO USB ports, if one is used for the mouse and the other is for a number pad, where do I plug in the external hard drive? The quality of all laptops is getting worse. As an accountant who needs a functioning number pad, this is a major disappointment! I debated returning it but I can’t find another laptop that is any better. So much for technology getting better. It is just getting worse!! Then you don’t even ask me to rate anything beyond display and battery life. I guess people don’t use their computers for work anymore??
