Customers are saying

Customers consistently note the excellent screen quality and strong performance of the Vivobook Pro 15, frequently praising its ample RAM and storage. While many appreciate its ease of use and lightweight design, some users mention that the fan can be noisy and the device may become warm during intensive use. A few also point out the lower refresh rate of the screen and the somewhat cramped number pad.

Very powerful computer with i9 Ultra, 24GB RTAM, and GeForce RTX 3050. Very thin with a great keyboard, and a giant touch pad. The OLED screen is amazing for watching videos, color and true black are beautiful! The finishing is like glass, reflects light a lot, but not an issue for me, helps getting a sharp image. Is not touch screen though, so if that's what you're looking for that's not for you.

This Computer is definitely the best computer I have purchased, ever! Price Benefit was an incredible investment. I had a 6yrs old 4K 2 in 1 Asus that died on me. I was reluctant to go back to 1080p but the Oled screen and all the specs and the computer are superb!

Love my laptop, love Best Buy. For the minute I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile. And was given all the information I needed to make an informed purchase. It's been the same every time I've walked to the door. I dealt with a couple different associates. They all point him into the same computer. Usually I take my time. and do my research, especially about things that I'm not overly familiar with. The staff was so well trained and friendly, that I immediately trusted them and decided to buy right then and there. The computer did not disappoint. My Asus Laptop, was a the steal for what I got in return? I'm knowing that if anything happens I can bring it into the store versus have to send it out makes all the difference in the world. The personal experience that I got was second to none. Thank you, Best Buy.

Fantastic laptop. Even though it's not labeled as a gaming laptop it handled most games I threw at it fairly well. Great display and sound. Though I'd say if you're going to use it for extensive/intense tasks then you might want to get a cooling pad for it, it can get fairly warm.

I needed a new laptop to replace the Dell which decided to die almost 2 years from the date I purchased it. I went to Best Buy so I could look at laptops, rather than shop online. Unfortunately, the selection was pretty slim. One of the requirements was a number pad. Little did I know until I got this model set up is that the number pad is just numbers. The enter key is in the wrong place, as is the decimal point, and the other function keys, rendering the key pad virtually useless. When I inquired as to why so many laptops had no keypad at all I was informed I could purchase one as a peripheral. Well, that is just great. Now that most laptops only have TWO USB ports, if one is used for the mouse and the other is for a number pad, where do I plug in the external hard drive? The quality of all laptops is getting worse. As an accountant who needs a functioning number pad, this is a major disappointment! I debated returning it but I can’t find another laptop that is any better. So much for technology getting better. It is just getting worse!! Then you don’t even ask me to rate anything beyond display and battery life. I guess people don’t use their computers for work anymore??

Great laptop for what I need. Runs everything well and good specs for the price. I can have excel, word, and an internet browser open without any issue. The slide lock for the webcam is also a thoughtful addition. I do not use it to game but my son will and it will get rather hot, and the only issue I have is the number lock does not have a light to indicate whether it’s on or not. Great laptop all around if you use it for work or school.

I purchased a MacBook with the idea of utilizing Adobe products. It did not work out and this was second on my list. The ASUS outperformed the Mac on all aspects. It runs multiple Adobe programs together FLAWLESSLY. It is a little more bulky than the Mac but it is still sleek nonetheless. A great feature on this laptop as well are the raised grips to allow ample airflow to the vents. I would highly recommend this laptop. Don’t let the initial startup deter you, once everything is set there is nothing this laptop can’t do.

This was an excellent bargain at the price I purchased it over Black Friday. Wonderful display, zippy, etc. The biggest thing for me is, as a shopper, absolute color fidelity--100% perfect. The negatives: The mini-10 key pad makes zero sense, and even 9 months later I'm still getting used to it. (I also miss the dedicated calculator button my old Dell Vostro had, but that's particular to me); If you run it in performance mode, the fan will run pretty loud--I'm not a gamer, but when it kicks in, it's pretty obnoxious; I personally don't like having the power cord on the right side of my device--was used to it on the left (again, just me?)

Works great have no problems at all, I purchased it for high level editing for a video podcast and it handles it with ease. Using davinci resolve. In comparison to a MacBook Pro this is def the best bang for your buck if you don’t like the Apple ecosystem.

I wanted to love this. I truly did. It caught my attention thanks to the screen, which is eye-popping and vivid. Games look utterly GORGEOUS on it. It's fast. The keyboard - this was important to me - feels AMAZING. But the problem was, I wanted this for a combination of light gaming - the most strenuous thing I play is Baldur's Gate 3, which it ran beautifully - and writing. Unfortunately, while the colors were vivid and amazing to look at, I felt like all the text had a bit of a blur to it. I gave it roughly a week, but it was driving me absolutely CRAZY. I ended up returning it for a Lenovo Legion, and the crispness of the text on that is WORLDS apart from the ASUS. Overall, I feel like this was a good 'little bit of everything' laptop, but it just didn't fit my needs.

I needed a new laptop with speed and response time. I don’t do heavy gaming so my son said this would be perfect for me. I also didn’t want a computer with a lot of bloatware. I am not disappointed. It runs fast and has everything I need for my birding, Hallmark Studio, and Microsoft 365 software. As of now I would buy another ASUS. The only thing I haven’t assessed yet is how long it will last on battery power.

I’m an engineering student and got the ASUS Vivobook Pro for school—not gaming. With its Intel i9, 16GB RAM, and FHD OLED display, it handles CAD software like a beast. Super smooth, no lag or freezing and a pretty decent display. Only downside is the weight, which I personally don’t mind at all.

Likes: OLED screen, Backlite keyboard, USB-A connections. Dislikes: Too easy to accidentally click the Caps Lock key. Used as a Desktop upgrade replacement, and for up-to=date TPM security.
