I am returning this laptop immediately. Best Buy advertised it as having 24GB of system memory, which is typically understood to mean RAM for the operating system and applications. However, this appears to be a misleading claim, as the 24GB includes both the system RAM and the GPU memory. This is not only inaccurate but seems like a deliberate attempt to mislead customers, as most people shopping for a laptop would not interpret “system memory” this way. One of the primary reasons I chose this laptop was for the advertised 24GB of RAM, making this a complete deal-breaker. I expect better transparency in product listings.

Had a problem with this laptop in less than 2 months!! And of course, buying from Best Buy means unless I paid another 200 dollars on top, I am getting denied a refund left and right. These Intel Core* PCs are experimental at worst and e-waste at best!
