    The laptop is not touchscreen. Apart from that the laptop is top of the line. All great specifications.

    I got this as an open-box deal. It was in mint condition. It's very fast and has a beautiful OLED display.

    The laptop has good build quality and on paper great specs, but it has a lot of basic bugs. I'm not sure if it comes from ASUS or Windows 11 but it's very frustrating. For instance, the laptop completely crashes and goes into blue screen when it's logged off on "extended screen" and I try to log back in. Another example is in the middle if typing sometimes some of the text gets scrambled and I need to scroll up/down the screen to kind of refresh.

    Does not work with head phones, crashes a lot

    Please save yourself this from dealing with this machine. Have purchased 2 of these based on specs but will be returning. BOTH of them have an audio processing issue with ANY headset (bluetooth or wired) that has a microphone. When the microphone is on, you can barely hear any audio. Have tried this on two of these laptops with numerous wired and unwired headsets that work on all of my other laptops. I'll also note that for this configuration (i9 13th gen 16GB RAM) it locks up large spreadsheets or if many tabs are open. Something is not right about how this machine is constructed. I'm returning both machines of course.
