Falsely Advertised as Having Backlit Keyboard

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nobody within BestBuy chat or over the phone could tell me why this product is advertised as having a backlit keyboard (and even shows it in the advertisement photos), but the product that arrives does not have one! What a waste of time.

The TP3604VA does not have a backlit keyboard however the TN3604YA does, this is a variation of the ASUS Vivobook S 16 Flip OLED laptop.
