    Decent with some defects

    It was going well until the screen began flickering 3 days in and eventually the screen froze. Also, the laptop tends to easily get hot which I can overlook but it depends on one’s preference. Eventually I had to return it but nevertheless, the speed was great and the graphics were good. The overall appearance and portability of the laptop was good, though the tiles do pick up fingerprints. Maybe I received a faulty computer but overlooking the defects, it was still pretty decent.

    Fast, Reliable, and Great for Writing Projects

    I bought this Asus laptop for my copywriting business, and I love its features and how easy it was to set up. The only downside is that I didn’t realize it wasn’t touchscreen like my old laptop. However, I plan to add a pen tablet soon to get that same touch-feel experience.

    This was the 3rd laptop bought in less than 1 month. Started with HP then Dell and finally this ASUS. Best decision.

    Great Laptop and Specs for the $$

    Great specs for the price. I use this for work (spreadsheets, web browsers, etc) so not a heavy lift, but compared to the 6yr old HP I was using, this thing is blazing fast! Screen is great, webcam is crystal clear. Overall highly recommended.

    ASUS + Best Buy = Terrible Combination!

    Screen flickering just 1 month in. Just outside the return window, otherwise I would've returned it. Went to ASUS directly to troubleshoot the issue. Had 3 calls with their support and troubleshooting did not fix it. ASUS gave me an RMA to send the unit back for warranty service. When I went to send it in, they told me I couldn't and would need to take it to Best Buy for warranty service. I contacted Geek Squad to start that process. Told the "Agent" about the issue, the backstory, etc. He disregarded anything I said and asked if I wanted to buy their "top plan" to get support. Ridiculous. Terrible service on Best Buy's part. ASUS needs to figure out their OLED displays. Avoid this laptop. Rest assured I'll be stopping by the store soon to get this fixed.
