The touch pad takes a little to get used to, my 8 year old grandson figured it out before me, of course. We had to work to get the camera to function, but eventually got that and proceeded to Zoom several meetings. All else functions well and we are enjoying this computer.

The mouse pad takes a little bit to get used to, but I find the tiny screen very convenient.

Very easy to use, very fast. It does everything she needs so far as far as school and playing Roblox of course.

I lost a window once when I was trying to drag it to a different location and it took forever to figure out how to get it back to the screen. The keys are metal (or feel that way), which isn't very pleasant to the touch. Mechanically, it seems sound, but I wish I'd gone with a different model.

This is important because of # 2 below. 2. Battery life sucks. Like 6 hours kind of sucks. 3. The touchpad is beyond annyoing. Had to disable it - thought that would have helped with battery life too, but... nope! 4.Backlit keyboard... not so much and the keys are very light metallic - virtually little to no contrast with the letters on the keyboard. 5. This sucker is heavy - not terrible if working from home but clunky if travelling.
