Very easy to set up and start using. Very nice feel to the keyboard and touch pad. Performs great for light business and movie streaming. Love the red cover!

A good product but a better keyboard would make this a much better buy.

I havent even begun to know its potential due to the fact i live in a rural area with DSL for my internet connection. Its slower than molasses flowing uphill on a cold day. The computer is lightweight. Starts up super quick. And as long as it doesnt require a fast connection this unit works very well.

At first, after I got this laptop, I thought I really liked it. Good size, nice colors, fast speed. But, after watching a few YouTube videos, I got very disappointed about the sound quality. I've had many laptops of different brands throughout my life, but never experienced so bad sound quality. So, unfortunately, had to return it to back to the store.

The laptop is just okay I would say. The keyboard was kind of hard to see even with the backlight.

while I am no computer expert by any means, this computer seems to be the right fit for what we need. So far no issues other than getting used to something new

It's been nearly a month now and I am very pleased with my ASUS. This has been quite an improvement over my nine year old Dell laptop. The design is thin yet sturdy and lightweight. The computer starts quickly and runs quietly. Initial setup was easy for this non computer geek. The 15in screen is clear and vivid with no reflection from the windows behind me. I like the feel of the keyboard and the number pad is useful but the layout of the enter key takes some getting used to. Speaker sound quality is adequate for a laptop. So far I am very impressed with my ASUS product and look forward to a long-term relationship. By the way, the Best Buy online order process and shipment tracking process is very good. I would recommend ASUS and Best Buy.

This laptop is incredible.Between the beautiful display, the fingerprint login option, and the ease to use multiple programs I am thrilled with this purchase. I downloaded Stray on Steam and the screen makes everything look so beautiful and it handles the game well.
