Great first Asus PC, disgusted w/ Dell, HP, etc.

Obviously POOR Customer Service.

Disappointing

After a few attempts Outlook would no longer open. Opened up the repair program and tried to repair it, but still would not open. Called Asus, but they would NOT help so I returned it and bought a HP.

Possible defective unit
