SSD for operating system and programs, 1 TB drive for data. Faster and cheaper than my last machine 8 years ago

The Desktop Computer, its very fast, and very easy to install

So far, the new desktop has been problem free, and the 10-15 second boot cycle from the SSD is a pleasant change from the approx 1-2 minute boot cycle of my older Dell on Win7. The Win10 installation/update process took about 4 hours, and then backing up a system restore to a USB drive took about another hour. Several more hours were spent loading my data and games onto the new system. Other than that, no issues since then.

Easy set up out of the box. Everything worked great and the SSD really makes the the unit fast!

The computer up loads very quickly and has plenty of storage space. The basic is in that the video card is a adequate for normal use not one for games or Virtual reality.

This computer is not only fast loading it is easy to use. I am not a computer person, however, I am learning fast.

Great specs, I just don't have a lot of prior experience with the brand. I heard from my computer friend that they are starting to put out some quality stuff.

Love this machine. Don't ever go without a solid state drive! Boots up ready to use in 14 to 17 seconds. Powers down in 4. The 12g of ram is excellent for my needs. I am not a gamer, but do a lot of picture editing. I am very happy with the purchase.

Easy to set up. No problem transferring files to new PC. Quick boot up

So far this is a very good computer. It boots up in just under 10 seconds. Surfing is incredible. I've not seen pages load this fast before. My old programs, i.e. Office 2010 is lightning quick now. No more loading........ When I click, it happens. The few games I play get the same fast results. Glad I bought this computer. It is fast, and worth every penny I paid.

I use it for a business. It works fast and easy. So far so good.

I wanted a system that didn't take forever to start up and do its thing. After researching I decided to try this one. I am very glad I did. The machine starts up so fast. Loading applications is very snappy. Very decent price for the amount of RAM and having a Solid State Drive. More than just pleased!. Definitely a keeper!

I'm still trying to get my head around Windows 10, but the SSD speeds things up very well. The only complaint I have so far is that it has no HDD activity light. I'm "old school", and I like to see when the Hard Drive is being accessed.

I purchased this based on certain needs I had, especially with photo editing. The best buy associate along with a tech from the Geek Squad recommended it. I love the speed.

Plug and play. No hassle. Love it. Easy setup. Got it with a 32 inch monitor. Looks phenomenal. But performs super.

The hard drive on my HP Pavilion crashed and I wanted to replace with a like PC. The ASUS with the SSD exceeded all of my expectations and still continues to impress me. The advice that I offer is to try to install your software outside of the SSD to improve the machines efficiency.

Good desktop as far. Amazing system start speed, thanks to SDD. I bought it as home computer and it works great. I didn't use it for games, but working with Adobe premier to make videos and have no problems with that.

This Asus tower computer replaced one which was placed in service in 2003. It ran well for 14 years, so much research went into finding its replacement. Dell, HP, Lenovo, and Asus tower computers were extensively researched and compared. The Asus M32CD-B14 is not meant to be a gaming machine nor a workstation. It is an excellent general purpose tower PC. The Asus VivoPC model M32CD-B14 offers the most general purpose computer bang for your buck. It has an excellent hardware configuration; however, the C: drive is an 128 GB SSD drive. A 256 GB SSD drive would make this a really super general purpose Tower PC. All software installs on C: drive by default. If the software allows you to change the install drive, be sure to change it to the D: drive which is a 1 TB HDD ATA drive as the C: drive will fill up fast if you install all your software on it. In short, this is an excellent SOHO tower PC for general purpose use.
