The monitor seems to be doing what the store told me it would. So far I like it.

Works well and easy to use. The picture is nice, the sound is very low, tinny.

Stopped working after two years, not sure if they made it with their eyes closed but it was poorly made.

Really responsive for gaming and speakers are loud. I had this monitor for 2 years and it has been fine other than the HDMI port breaking. If you constantly unplug the HDMI and put in other ones it will break so now I am stuck with using the other ports on this monitor. I would recommend this monitor though, I am actually going to buy another one.

I had high hopes for this monitor, based on it's impressive specs and low price. While it might work well for some people, I was frustrated with it. It was almost impossible to get a picture with correct brightness, contrast, and gamma, using it with my computer. Monitor's adjustment controls are very difficult to use, the worst I've ever experienced. Tiny buttons on the underside of the screen housing, with no visible markings about what each does. And monitor came with no instructions for making adjustments. Very easy to hit the off button while trying to adjust the settings (which meant starting the adjustments from scratch again). It took me half an hour to even figure out how to tweak the color settings. At factory setting, color intensity was far to strong. No matter how I adjusted it and display settings on my computer, the monitor was too bright, except at very darkest setting where the contrast and gamma were poor. (I like to use my desktop computer in a dark room.)

If my laptop (MacBook Pro) is not connected to some external speakers, connecting to the monitor disables the volume controls on my keypad. But it is cumbersome to navigate the monitor's menu to adjust the volume of its speaker, even with a shortcut enabled (need at least 3 button pushes to get there). Why not just have a dedicated volume button on the monitor?? Afterall, volume must be by far the adjustment most often made throughout the day. I'm going to exchange it for a model without built-in speakers - will make life easier.
