This is my first Asus Router but I'm liking it so far. The interface works great and has a lot of options. I was having some issues, but was fixed with a firmware update. No devices to test the Wifi 6 yet, but all my other devices are working very well with no drops. Can't beat for the price.

I paired this with my ASUS AX6000 router. I was having some issues with range on my outdoor cameras, this additional node solved that. Setting up AiMesh was beyond easy, I did it all from my phone through the ASUS app. I’m sure this is a great router for a small space, however, my use case is in a mesh system. Getting AX will prepare you for a lot of future devices. Ideally this would have WiFi 6E but I can live without it.

I paired this with a large Asus ax router as a mesh node. It was crazy easy to set up and unlike a lot of other mesh network devices like eero it has 4 ethernet ports so it works for my setup at my home theater location much better.

Although I was tempted to buy a faster router, I think this router is fast enough for a small home office for the years to come. It has WiFi 6 features with pretty strong WiFi signal.

I set up this router for a family member who had a router via ISP company. This router and its features gave them a boost in upload/download speeds of over 25% using the QOS and other features. Definitely worth the investment.

A lot of hours spent trying to get this to work. Had to update 3 out of our 4 laptops because of network adapter compatibility issues, and it wasn't easy finding the correct drivers. Still have issues getting kicked out of the network randomly, and sometimes cannot connect to router after laptop restart. Frequent issues with bad internet connectivity while in zoom even though we supposedly have 400Mbps ISP speed. Thought ASUS routers were supposed to be good/easy but was very disappointed in this one.

I can connect everywhere from my home. Signal is strong from 1st-3rd level

I've had this for almost 5 years and, compared to other routers, this has been pretty excellent. A few, as usual (extremely rare), reboots to restart my lifx bulbs, it's been really stable. Would buy another one if I needed two.
