Good laptop with some irksome issues...

The Asus pen (purchased from Asus site) didn't work very well and the lack of a compatible page up/page down button for my graphics program was the deal breaker. Found the lack of a SD slot somewhat confusing as well for a laptop of this price/quality. Build and specs is what drew me to this laptop but in the end the functionality left me wanting.

It never performs as listed in the product specifications because it heats up too much too quickly. The good specs, ram, cpu, etc. don't matter because it heats up fast and then slows down to prevent it from melting. Crashed due to overheating after 15 minutes of game play. Loud fan noise activates quickly during not very demanding tasks. I can't return it because I smashed it with a hammer after 1 week of use. Low battery life. First time I purchased Asus laptop and it was the last.

Everything is good about the laptop. Perfect allrounder i would say. The battery is on the weaker side but still runs for 5 hours with full charge. Best BUy!

Thankful for Donato in Ofallon, IL. ASUS Customer service was horrible and absolutely no help. other than that great computer

More Than Satisfied With My Zenbook

Takes less than 15secs to boot up and works pretty fine..But battery life needs improvement from Asus
