The laptop is beautiful and works great! However, I attempted to go online and extend and upgrade my warranty on Asus's website. I kept getting error messages, so I called Asus customer service and was advised that they make certain laptops for Best Buy. Therefore, I could not extend or upgrade my manufacturer's warranty! I had to contact Best Buy!! I also would have to contact Best Buy for any service/or repairs. I have never purchased a product and could not extend my warranty with the manufacturer!! I am in disbelief and would have NEVER purchased this product if I knew this. I can't add Geek Squad because it has to be added at purchase. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER!

Amazing laptop, super fast, built sturdy, touch screen! Only 4 stars because i value privacy and this laptop does not have the shutter for the camera. Only has 1 usb type-a and the microbial coating is not present.
