It's the right size, power, speed, storage, great graphics and has a touch screen that works as well as my Samsung S9+. Also the battery life is superb it was at 100% when I turned it on 3 days later it was 80%

I initially went into BestBuy to purchase another laptop but the sales staff pointed out that there were limitations to the model I was eyeing. I changed tactics and searched for another laptop, which ended up being the ASUS Zenbook. The price point was under $500, which is a win in my books. Set up was a breeze. I was able to download the software and programs I needed. I’ve had no issues with it so far. Audio is much better on this laptop than my previous. I like the sleek design. If you’re in the market for a day-to-day laptop for Microsoft suite products, internet browsing, and watching videos on YouTube or accessing streaming sites like Netflix, I think this is a great option. I haven’t tried gaming on it, but I really didn’t have gaming in mind when I purchased it.

Snappy 14" budget laptop

I wish it had 16GB ram but for web browsing and word processing, I haven't had any problems. Wifi seems pretty fast. Nice screen and touch works well. I got it on sale under 500 and consider it a good deal.

( i have exhausted browser and device settings and system updates).

I thought then I would never own another PC because of the overall experience of using a Macbook. The Zenbook 14 has been my first PC since then. I never went back to a PC, I never felt the experience of using a PC was up there with using a Macbook, namely because of the performance. Since owning the Zenbook 14 it has been a huge joy. I love the keyboard, and the overall speed of the device for only having 8GB of RAM. With the build quality, screen, speakers, and port selection, this device right now is a steal. I decided to go with the Zenbook 14 because I was originally looking for a Chromebook. However, there isn't a Chromebook at this price range that offers the Specs this device has. The device is just a joy to use.

I use it for browsing and writing, so not really pushing it too hard, but it works great, screen colors are accurate and it runs videos and movies perfectly. A simple, hard working laptop. What's not to love?

The screen is beautiful and has a decent pixel density for the screen size so text looks crisps and videos look amazing due to the OLED screen. Battery life is AMAZING, get all day battery life. Bottom does get a little warm but nothing crazy. I highly recommend picking this up when it is on sale, full MSRP is too much due to the 8GB of RAM.
