I bought the asus zenbook laptop 14" Ultra , 32GB-1TB laptop. It has been a month and I'm loving it! The customer service was really nice, Joe Antinori assisted me and was really helpful to find a nice laptop since I am a student and need a good one for heavy research work. The speed and dynamics is good as well. Overall, the product and service is A1.

Wished it was a higher frame rate but I've had no issues with it. Solid purchase

I bought this laptop for my son going into college this year. It's probably a better laptop than he actually needs, but my brother who works in IT said with the specs it has, it would easily last him all four years. My son really likes it.

I love this computer! It’s so fast and very easy to use. It’s slim and easy to carry. It serves every function and purpose I’m needing it for. The staff at Best Buy was very helpful in helping me find the right laptop for what I needed!

Extremely fast, lightweight and great battery life.

Overall build quality is impressive. The OLED display is great for media consumption, but it is glossy and very reflective, which makes it difficult to use in daylight. The performance is very good, as can be expected with these specs. I do find the touchpad to be finicky to use. Even after lowering the touch sensitivity to the lowest setting, it still feels overly sensitive and takes a bit away from making it an enjoyable experience. One last nit-pick I have is the absence of dedicated 'Home' and 'End' buttons. There is space on the keyboard, but they decided not to include those even though they're useful when scrolling through long web pages.

Everything needed for work. OLED is amazing as always, plus lots of ram for lots of chrome tabs?

Asus appears to be of excellent build quality. The performance of the Zenbook is top notch. Started out to purchase a MacBook Air or MS Surface, but the Zenbook quality surprised me and got my attention. This model is fully loaded in every way!
