Broken but replaced

The return process at the store was easy, and I added a few years of warranty just in case that screen is prone to breaking. So far it's been a pretty reliable laptop! 4 stars because I felt like I needed to add a warranty when I don't typically need one on my laptops.

I was disappointed to realize that the keyboard lacks arrow keys to advance forward and back on a line. Does not need a keypad for this use, but the lack of those simple keys is difficult for one with a partially paralyzed right hand.

It offers good performance, decent battery life, and a quality display. Not suitable for heavy gaming, but excellent for students and office work.
