Exceptional service and product!

The sales associate was very knowledgeable and helpful! I also really like my new laptop! I hadn’t shopped at Best Buy for a few years due to extremely poor service at the Janesville Best Buy, but I will definitely return to the Madison West Best Buy store!

Love the size wish it was a 2-1

I do wish it folded like a 2-1 since it is touch screen already. Otherwise it has a great screen and good response time. I am still testing the rest of the features like the co-pilot.
