This ASUS checked all the boxes: Fast Intel processor, plenty of RAM and SSD space at a reasonable price. Have had it for about a month and its worked great!

I literally just took it out of the box, and the right speaker does not work at all. Sound only comes out of the left side, which makes it frustrating and unusable for normal use. What makes this even worse is the response from Geek Squad. Instead of offering a quick replacement for a clearly defective product, they told me it would take 2–4 weeks just to check if it can be repaired. That’s completely unreasonable, especially for something that arrived broken. I rely on this laptop for school, and now I’m stuck without a proper device because of a defect that should have been caught before it was sold. Overall, this has been a very frustrating experience. A brand new laptop should work perfectly out of the box, and customers shouldn’t have to wait weeks to fix a manufacturer defect.
