Had this one day and it died. The MS Discover app kept popping up and even after resetting, it did the same. I'd urge caution on this one. The display is beautiful compared to most other laptops, but there are stability concerns. Perhaps this one was not ready for prime time.

My recent customer service experience was a complete disaster.
Their website wouldn’t let me sign in, forcing me to order as a guest.
After countless calls and broken promises, I still couldn’t see my order in my account.
Then, UPS delayed my delivery right before my vacation, and Best Buy wouldn’t take responsibility.
They made me pay extra to hold the package, even though it was their fault.
If you want to save yourself the headache, shop somewhere else.
This was a truly bad buy.
