This is an okay laptop overall. It is reliable for doing simple tasks like web-browsing and working on documents, but it overheats when running more complex applications. I would not recommend this for gaming or running multiple applications at once. If you just need a basic work/school computer, then this should be just fine.

For the price, it is a decent low grade gaming laptop. If on a tight budget and need a good quality laptop, this is a good one to get.

The build quality on this thing is fantastic. I love the quality feel. The performance is good so far. No complaints.

Laptop exceeded my expectations and couldn't beat the price. Open box so it only came with laptop and cord. Lose a star because the display profile for windows was still on the system. I had to take it back to have the remove and reset to factory default. Otherwise, definitely buying again from Best Buy open box.

Bought it when it was on sale for $550 and it's normal price is usually around $700. If you can buy it when it's on sale it beats out a lot of other laptops in the $500 to $600 price range for the features you get. Best buy doesn't really list all the specs of the laptop but it can output video through the usb-c ports if you buy a USB c to HDMI cable. It comes with a 65 watt USBC charger that is kind of large. I'm using the anker 65 watt charger which can be had for around $35 online which is smaller and doesn't take up as much room in the bag.

Got this as a gift for my mom, she loves it. Lightweight good display and fast enough for her to do what she needs.

I absolutely love it! Very fast and the battery goes on forever. My last laptop.was a lenovo. Didnt even last a year. Always ASUS from now on.

The laptop is great feel solid and looks awesome it was easy to setup and nice controls for something so small. The light up key road is great at night or when your laying down and need to see the keys better and the sounds is pretty good for being on the bottom of the laptop. battery’s great if your not doing anything intensive then having it on power saver mode make the batter last for 12 hours which is a big plus for me. Over all it’s a great lil laptop if you need something simple but has a few extras to help a normal work load.

Even though I have only had this little jewel of a laptop for three days, I have found many things to love about it. To start with it a heck of a notebook/laptop for the price. You cannot find a laptop that has all of the amenities that this does that even comes close to this laptop for anywhere near the cost of this one. The design is beautiful, and overall, it seems to have all of those things that really matter in a computer that is used for work and play on an everyday basis.

I think the keyboard is nice and the screen is pretty good. The overall computer is fine. I think that it's OK for the price but it didn't really wow me otherwise. I think the battery life is probably the weakest part to me but maybe it's just because I am used to the macbook air with the M1 chip.

Great product for the price, very basic as i only use this laptop to pay my bills and occasionally search and buy items online. Front facing camera is not yhe greatest, so if you plan on zoom or facetime you may want to step up to something better. I just needed a laptop quickly and the model i wanted which was more expensive they had none in stock.
