Returned it and got an Inspiron 2-in-1. Probably would've been a great laptop.

Great laptop for everyday use and to light gaming. Just wish I could have upgraded the RAM.

Great bang for your buck laptop. Honestly didnt realize how small the laptop was compared to a 15.6" The bezels are really that small almost making it edge to edge of just screen. Performance is great for certain productivity task but with just 8GB of RAM it could get overwhelmed if you try to do too much at the same time

Only bought it because it was $500 (price matched from the Microcenter). This has been the only great thing, aside from me having a functional laptop at least. No special specs differential otherwise from other basic laptops. Worth it for this price. Not for regular... *** See if other stores have it cheaper so you can get it price matched! Starting off, had the worst experience with the shipping. Delivery was set to be 2 days from purchase, which sounded great. It wasn't available in the store for another week so shipping was the best option. The day of, I waited to make sure I don't miss the delivery, even called the customer service to confirm delivery was possible that day at 8:30 pm (timeframe was till 9 pm). There was no update in the link, and there was a message saying it may not update right away. The rep reassured me it would be a Best Buy van who delivers it directly from the store and they do work till 9 so I'm still within the timeframe, and of course, reassured many times delivery was still good to go. This was not the case and I later learned that the laptop was not even stocked at the warehouse. Fast forward to almost a week, delivery date kept being delayed, with no other update on the tracking page. Once I called in to change it to a store pickup, as usual, the rep brushed it off blaming 3rd party delivery services that BB can't control. Good thing he happily changed it to a store pickup, which went seemlessly. Super quick check in & pickup. Then started the list of laptop issues: - OS wasn't installed correctly. I couldn't even changed the date without laptop bugging out with the constant warning issue. - bios randomly pops up + now every time Windows has an update --- this may not be the laptop issue itself but it's annoying having it say the OS is corrupt, which was an installation issue - KNOWN ZENBOOK ISSUE: when laptop goes to sleep after time out or when we set it to sleep, after turning it back on, the laptop shuts down by itself within a few mins. We have to restart it again. - Mouse pad is not sensitive in some areas. It's more active when using the bottom of the pad, rather than the top. The cursor can lag at times. I didn't get GeekSquad warranty nor called in to Asus yet... Both pointless options at this point because I will have to go without my laptop for the time being. BestBuy wouldn't let me replace the laptop without having GeekSquad check out the issue. In the time I go to BB, I could just reinstall Windows myself, which should clear up some of the issue. And this is what I decided to do. If the bios popup/random screen blackout issue persists to the point of major annoyance, I will definitely call in. If I'm going to spend a couple of hundred dollars on something, I'd prefer it to not have any immediate issues. Even though I can do basic troubleshooting, I'd prefer not to do any at all. Things to note: - only 1 HDMI and USB port ( I didn't think this was important when I bought it. Now I wish I had more) - battery life is claimed to be 12hrs. I haven't notice it lasts that long. On continuous use I've gotten about 10 hours max, on battery saver half way through. Still a good option though.

Great little lightweight laptop. Very fast. Uses phone charger cord.

Great laptop from a trusted company. Asus did a great job as usual just like they do on everything they build. The feel of the keyboard is perfect for me and the screen is great for a 14". Solid feeling unit not plastic flimsy. Excellent sounding speakers. Touch pad is easy to get used to and once again feels solid. I would recommend this to anyone who asked.

We had it for a year and it still works as it was when was new. Perfect for college.

I bought it open box, I made it for a few dollars less, believing that it came complete but did not bring the charger. I had to buy separately. otherwise everything has worked well the keyboard is backlit but I do not know well. It is fast, it has facial recognition.

Great remote work or on-the-go laptop, for general office work, streaming, and browsing.

Picked this laptop up on a sale. The laptop has preformed very well for the price point that I picked it up at. The laptop has great battery life roughly get 10 hours on a normal day. The laptop also has plenty of power under the hood with the Ryzen 5 5500u and the Mx450. The only down side that I've found so far is the lack of the ability to upgrade the ram granted the ram included it very fast.
