I'm very pleased that I purchased this laptop. It boots up fast,performs well, and has a awesome screen resolution and soind system, which my previous one didn't. Heats up a bit fast though,so I would suggest sitting it on a well ventilated surface ,or use one of those laptop fan stands.

So far I am really liking this laptop. It's processor speed and memory are fast. The fan is quieter and it doesn't get as hot as my last laptop (a Dell). The only thing I don't like is that the sound. When the volume is lower, the sound sounds a bit muffled. As I turn the volume up to high, the sound quality improves.

I bought this item on sale to give it a try and I don’t regret it. Super fast computer and the size is perfect. All programs and drivers work perfectly. No issues with Bluetooth or anything. I like it folds 180 degrees and the screen is awesome.

Great screen and CPU performance for the price. The screen color/resolution is much better than my 2020 13" MacBook Pro, and probably at least as good or better than the latest MacBooks. The build quality/plastic case is a bit of a concern, but I would not expect build quality of a Mac or MS Surface or other high-end PC at this price. Comes with Windows 11 which is taking a little time getting used to compared to Win 10. (Not a fan of the centered Start, but there is a setting to put it at lower left like Win 10). Overall, I prefer macOS, but this is for a family member that prefers Windows, and so far, this works quite nicely. The main use for this is email, streaming media/YouTube and general office apps (the user is not a gamer, so I can't comment on using it for games, but the i7-13700H CPU does score fairly high on CPU benchmarks, so it is probably not too bad for that).

This laptop offers great specs at an affordable price, with top-notch build quality and an elegant design that surpasses most business laptops on the market. Highly recommended for business users and students.

Built with great quality. Keyboard feels smooth and the touch screen is responsive and doesn't leave smudges. Battery life is as expected and having 120hz is a cool option. For the price this laptop is very worth it compared to other brands.

After owning this laptop for a month, I can say that this is one of the best laptops I've had the pleasure of owning. The screen is absolutely gorgeous. And the keyboard is laid out in a way that makes typing easy. All of the functions are very intuitive. Plus, the touchpad also doubles as a calculator! Just drag your finger from the top left corner to the right, and the touchpad illuminates', showing you the calculator on the touchpad and on the screen. I've not had a single problem with this laptop. I had purchased 3 other HP laptops with similar specs but all were returned for various ergonomic and problems with the hardware. So, at least give this one a look. I'd say you'll be glad that you did.

We love that it is lightweight but powerful. It has a lot of storage space and is very fast. It is a pretty powerful laptop with a beautiful touchscreen display, good ergonomics and great value for money

LOVE THIS COMPUTER!!!! It is excellent and has so many features that I have not been able to try them all yet, but I will!!! Fast, easy to use, great screen. music, everything is awesome!!!

Excellent laptop, great design and performance, just what you need in a laptop for a student

With $300 off the normal $1000 price during one of many sales events, this laptop screams value. Beautiful OLED screen with i7 processor and 16GB of memory. The storage size is small at 512GB, but upgrading to a larger sized SSD is fairly simple. You also get 2 Thunderbolt 4/USB 4 ports. The downsides are that the memory is not upgradeable (low power DDR modules are soldered to the motherboard so you can't replace them with larger memory modules) and the battery life can be shorter if you turn up all the features. At $700 when it's on sale, it's a great value and easily out-specs all other competitor laptops in that price range. You can get an ever better value if you opt for a open-box version.

Excellent product by Asus. Fine and elegant finish. It delivers everything it promises. The components are within what is expected for a laptop of this size and price. Worth the purchase!

Starting with the bad: device itself is an absolute fingerprint magnet and the battery life usually lasts about 4-5 hours tops on 60hz and battery saver mode. The good: speedy computer that can handle everyday tasks, fast charger gets you back to 80% in roughly an hour and some change, amazing screen with good speakers.

The laptop is exactly what I wanted when I was looking for a good school laptop. Nice bright screen, very nice keyboard doesn't get warm, and a pretty decent battery life that lasts for more than 5 hours which is my typical use time.

My wife was complaining about eye strain with our old laptop. I had read about Oled screens not being backlit and having much less blue light. I purchased this unit and my wife has had no more complaints. I have noticed that the screen is very clear and the colors and contrast are great. I traded in my MacBook pro M1 for a gift card and am looking for an Oled computer for myself. By the way as a Total Tech member BB transferred everything from my old computer and it works great. If you concertante your tec shopping with BB TT is a must have bargain from BB. Not to overlook the computer but it works great also. I had one complaint. The computer was slowing down until I realized that I needed to shut it down from time at which time it started working great. I had been just closing the lid.

Great computer. Definitely eats battery. It is smooth and fast. I’m hoping battery life with smooth out. I use this as a work laptop mainly nothing intense and definitely eats the battery. It’s a nice design sleek and slim. It didn’t come loaded up with bloatware, which was nice. I had an Asus before this that was about 12 years old. That computer is still running and never gave me a problem. I’m hoping the same with this one. The oled screen is really a nice touch in this laptop. I wish it had an sd card reader but a dock will take care of that. If you catch on sale makes this computer a deal.

I've had this laptop since November and I love it. It's speedy, the Windows Hello feature is super simple. It's well made and durable, and the screen is crisp and clear. Would recommend

Not too shabby. Bought it 3 years ago and is still smooth as butter. Overall a wonderful laptop.
