Great computer. Definitely eats battery. It is smooth and fast. I’m hoping battery life with smooth out. I use this as a work laptop mainly nothing intense and definitely eats the battery. It’s a nice design sleek and slim. It didn’t come loaded up with bloatware, which was nice. I had an Asus before this that was about 12 years old. That computer is still running and never gave me a problem. I’m hoping the same with this one. The oled screen is really a nice touch in this laptop. I wish it had an sd card reader but a dock will take care of that. If you catch on sale makes this computer a deal.

Excellent laptop, great design and performance, just what you need in a laptop for a student

Bought brand new. Installation was a breeze. First impression was stunning display from OLED screen. The touch feature made it even more attractive. The i7 chip makes video streaming and editing so easy. I also ran several heavy duty Python programs for crunching big data sets in parallel while i was surfing the web you tube videos at the same time. Not a dent on response time at all! Given the horsepower the only feature one can seek is a better graphics card for specialized video ops and perhaps gaming that i seldom indulge in. But this laptop is not meant for that but instead covers all other desired operations effortlessly. Overall solid laptop worth the bang for the buck!

great notebook, fantastic screen, doesn't heat up when used on your lap like last year's zenbooks, very fast and the easy camera unlock is very good and fast, excellent notebook, I recommend it to everyone

The laptop is a well-built, powerful, and reliable laptop that is perfect for work. The keyboard and touchpad are excellent, and the battery life is long. I highly recommend it.

I did a lot of research before buying this laptop. I looked at all the major brands with similar specs and price range. This one stood out because it was a atleast $200-$300 cheaper from dell, hp, and even lenovo portable laptops with high quality specs. And other brands use the Intel U processor where as Asus Zenbook 14X uses the H processor which is for higher performance, it has a nice vibrant oled display with good graphics and the sweet 120hz refresh rate which makes scrolling and switching tabs a breeze. Perfect for all my work and media consumption needs.

It is a good computer, in general it is fast and efficient, with a good system and processor plus very good Ram memory. The only thing to improve is the ventilation, I feel that even doing simple activities, it overheats and the ventilation starts to sound hard trying to cool it

Excellent buy. Sleek look. Beautiful OLED display. Very thin, light and portable, while also being of great build quality. Low fan noise and low typing noise. Great buy for college students and business-oriented individuals. The caveats are the battery life, the overheating and the port selection. (This is, however, subjective) The OLED screen drinks battery, but in normal use settings, it should not be a problem. Ensure that the lowest brightness is used where necessary and the power efficient settings is applied for maximum usage. I suggest investing in a high wattage power bank and never leaving your charger. This laptop can get somewhat hot to the touch in normal use settings, but this is not overbearing. Lastly, I would personally like an additional USB-A port, but it will suffice for the time being. All in all, an excellent buy and worth it if your looking for power in a small package.

If you're looking for a decently powerful and fast windows laptop that isnt way over 1k like most are, this is the choice. Screen is great and great with touch, keyboard lights can be turned on and off as well as options to turn off your microphone and camera with just a simple click on the keyboard. I'd hugely recommend it myself. Only thing that might be a downside is battery life can be a bit on the low side if you plan on using more powerful software. Thats hardly an issue though if you're able to hold onto a portable charger. The laptop charges using USB-C which always everything uses now so, dont have to go shopping just for a specific cable. Ive enjoyed my time with it so far, great purchase.

Major upgrade from my 2012 dell. Fast laptop. Screen is amazing. Sound quality from the speakers is unbelievable. Only negative I have is no SD slot not a major problem just doesn’t have one built in. Also wish I could block the camera. Bother than that great laptop. Love Asus.

I ended up having to return the laptop because the keyboard is poorly designed and double types. I had the keyboard replaced, and it did the same thing. The specs on the laptop is good, and it benchmarks pretty well. The Intel i7 chip is power hungry, so performance is good but the battery life is only average. The RAM is a bit of a bottleneck, and you cannot upgrade this model. The metal construction is good and sturdy, and the screen is nice. Overall, it is a decent laptop, except the keyboard ruins it. Try typing a document when every other sentence you get a double space.

I mean you can expect nothing less at that value. It genuinely over delivers at that orce point with unfathomably beautiful display. Speakers are so loud given how slim the chassis is! Near perfect build quality, controls and touch. It evidently ASUS's flagship thin and slim laptop comparing toe to toe with the Macbooks. If I were to critique ine thing. It would be wimdows HDR feature. However hard you try it's never completely optimized ri perfection. Buts its and software issue. But the normal display itself is phenomenal so that feature doesn't matter that much. Overall its a Best Buy! Close your eyes and Add to Cart!

This laptop almost has it all, until it doesn't. Fast cpu, good battery, absolutely jaw dropping display, gorgeous design and durability. Sound is incredible too. Unfortunately the spacebar is terribly mushy, and the trackpad felt oddly innacurate. It would miss-register two finger scrolls often which is frankly unacceptable. The hinge would also creak slightly but this is a nitpick more than anything. For a laptop that's not a desktop replacement the input devices better be close to perfect and sadly the ones on this laptop miss the mark.

This is a very nice laptop with all the right specs. Everything works well and the laptop looks super nice. There are two things that I wish were different, and I’m close to remove one star from it because of them: 1) the hinge o my allows the laptop to go up to 180 degrees. This is extremely frustrating on a laptop that has a fantastic touch display with a good stylus supported. 2) the stylus is not included If both things were fixed, this would be so much better. As it stands, it really makes it hard to use the laptop for drawing, which is a big drawback given such good display specs.

Great product overall, fast and good looking product, great for browsing, office and it can handle gaming no problem, beautiful and vivid screen, only thing , battery life could be better.

Very good build quality and performance has been excellent. This my 3rd ASUS laptop, all have been problem free with consistent performance and quality. For the price, hard to beat.

Incredible OLED screen, in clarity and brightness. Clever ergonomic feature lifts the rear of the chassis to improve typing angle. Outstanding battery life.
