The 120Hz refresh rate ensures smooth and fluid visuals, enhancing the overall viewing experience. 16:10 Display: Speaking of the display, 16:10 aspect ratio gives you more vertical real estate to get things done. It’s something I appreciate/need when staring at code all day. Lots of Windows Bloatware (not Asus’ fault!): Like many Windows laptops, the ASUS Zenbook comes preloaded with bloatware, which can be an inconvenience. However, this issue is more related to the Windows operating system rather than ASUS specifically. It just takes some time to go through and delete all the junk. In conclusion, the ASUS Zenbook 14.5" 2.8K OLED Laptop offers a compelling package with its excellent build quality, competitive pricing, stunning OLED display, impressive audio performance, great port selection, and a comfortable keyboard and touchpad. I needed a new notebook PC, and I found this one with a lot of features for the price. There are many things to like about this Zenbook, but a few places where it falls short (hence the 4/5 star review). These are things that I really like: The 14.5" OLED display touch-screen is excellent. It's bright, vibrant, has excellent color reproduction, a wide viewing angle, and just the right size for a combination of portability and usability. I really appreciate the lack of pre-installed "bloatware". Other than the Asus control software, it doesn't have any junk like trials of antivirus software that nag to activate and renew. I also like the number pad and calculator feature built into the mouse pad. Special "button" regions in the corner areas of the mousepad turn it into a number pad using backlighting. The whole package looks great - very sleek and modern. I really can't ask for better speed and features with fast WiFi, Bluetooth, USB ports, HDMI, etc. The battery life is good, too. Some things that fell short: First, this is heavy. I know Asus touts it as light, being under 4lbs, but compare this to some the truly light notebook computers and the difference is very noticeable. Also, at this price, many competitors offer “convertible” notebook computers where the screens fold around 360-degress for tablet mode. I do have another notebook PC that does that, and though I don’t really use it as a tablet very often, it’s nice to have when needed. My biggest complaint is the keyboard. I don’t know what it is, but it’s spaced oddly or positioned too far to the right or something. I’m always hitting the Caps Lock key instead of the letter A, and other keys I hit the one to the left. Again, I can’t figure it out, but I let my wife try it and she had the same issue. Overall, I recommend this notebook as its pros well outweigh its cons.

This is a phenomenal lightweight entertainment machine! The Asus ZenBook comes with a 14.5" OLED display, an i7 Processor, 16GB Memory, and 512GB SSD hard drive. The ZenBook is .66” thick, weighs 3.5 pounds, and has a nice aluminum case that makes it feel like a premium product. All in all, this is meant for schoolwork and entertainment. You can easily work on a word document, excel, or PowerPoint on the ZenBook. While there isn’t a physical 10-key the touch pad can display a 10-key in the touch pad area which was much better than I anticipated when doing some minor excel work. At 3.5 pounds it is easily transported and doesn’t add much weight or take up too much space in a backpack or messenger bag. Now the most important aspect of the ZenBook to me is the OLED display. I have been rewatching the sopranos recently and I found myself unexpectedly testing out the OLED display on the ZenBook. The blacks were perfect with no graying from a backlit LED screen, this led to a much more desirable viewing experience which translates to better consumed YouTube videos and cinematic content. The only thing I could have asked for was for the ZenBook to have a tablet mode so that I could have more flexibility when using the ZenBook for entertainment purposes.

An amazing laptop for school! The display quality is very clear, and browsing is quick as well. Clearboard and laptop have clean designs. There are a lot of multi-tasking features available. It does get a tad warm after about 2 consecutive hours of use.

Clean, sleek, easy to use and setup. keyboard feels great and is responsive. Monitor graphics are bright, crips and look great. Lightweight and easy to carry. Looks great too. Love it.

Excellent screen brightness, long lasting battery so far. However, the touch pad can be very finicky sometimes shooting across the screen and clicking on something else. The touchpad is also supposed to be a number pad which only turns on when you touch the top right corner for longer than a second however it frequently turns on when not intending too.

Also it charges faste enough - It has the 2 USB-C in the rigth side, it woul be nice to have one on each side Overall, a very good laptop and the price is invitable.

I bought this without a graphics card to fully use the CPU. So far it has not disappointed me regarding general office tasks and coding. I wish the battery life lasted longer, but It's a given that a laptop this light and powerful will use up quite a bit of juice. The screen is amazing!

I love this laptop! It's quick, sturdy, has a crisp clear screan, and the keyboard has a nice feel. One of my favorite features is the 10 keybuilt into the touch pad.

Great price for such good specs. The speed and battery life is great, very functional and useful for work and school, maybe some light gaming only tho.

So far so good. Laptop is well built and beautiful screen. Great performance. Mostly just using it to stream and do general task.

First the cons: shows fingerprints and smudges touch and pen capable screen is pointless port layout - power connection on right side reflections from glossy screen can be an issue at times Now the pros: display is fantastic with vibrant color, optimal sharpness and text resolution sound is very good for laptop form factor everything else functions as expected As a part time student I find its size, weight and battery life to be adequate.

The Screen Quality is amazing. Look Stylish and lightweight. I am using it personally for my finance and streaming. The battery life is good for all day.

Overall a great laptop. Runs quite well even without a discrete graphics card, battery lasts about 5-6 hours, and the numberpad is surprisingly responsive. The screen looks great, but can be very relfective, even indoors. I wish it had another usb port or an sd port, but overall the pros heavily outweigh the cons.

Liking the size and speed Keyboard easy to us. Great laptop

The selling point is the screen combined with the i7 makes this a good option for work and movies. Bestbuy has sales on this so getting it then is a very good bonus. The only minus is no dedicated GPU.

This Zenbook has a beautiful, bright screen, little to no fan noise, a solid build and feel, and speakers that are not bad for a laptop. I'm so very happy with this purchase!

This laptop works great! Unfortunately, it was too big for what I needed it for, but everything I used it for ran very quick and smooth.
