    Already Needs a Replace Battery Under a Year

    I purchased it less than a year ago, and the Zenbook 14 only works if plugged in. The laptop was rarely used, so I have to replace the battery already-what a disappointment. I have no idea what type of battery is needed or where to purchase one.

    Buggy wifi network adapter

    The wifi signal strength in the same locations is not as good as my 10 year old laptop. Even when the signal strength is good, I see packet loss intermittently, as well as incredibly long round trip times with the ping command. This laptop was refurbished and sold by Best Buy. I don't live in an area with a best buy store, and they said I need to take it into the store before they can do anything about it. Super frustrating to spend $900 on something that is intermittently broken.

    DO NOT BUY open box, I purchased the open box “good” for nearly $700 dollars, I took it home turned it on and neither the touch screen or the mousepad worked and it could not pick up any WIFI signal. Apparently part of the Geek Squad certification does not include being able to get past startup. Best Buy does not actually check the open box products. Please do not give them your money shop elsewhere.
