Not a gaming computer due to the graphics, but I've been extremely happy with it as a general productivity tool.
I routinely sit in a coffee shop with the screens in vertical mode and using the keyboard wirelessly. Phenomenal to be able to have twice the screen real estate while researching on one and writing notes on the other. I saw another review that complained of slowness, but I have not seen that. Also, the screens are just beautiful.
Overall, highly recommend this if you don't need a gaming laptop.

Dual screens is a game changer. AMAZING SPECS. You will not be disapointed with this one. Having a place to store the removable keyboard is super helpful. I did think that the built in stand would get in the say and make the laptop uneaven but it sits flat on surcaces and the angles so far are great. I do with the screen would flip all the way around but so far it has not been an issue. Specs are great for what I need. This was my 2nd choice on the dual screen laptops but it should have been my 1st. I returned the other option due to issues and this one has not let me down.

I like the product concept, with the dual screens it will replace an older desktop as well as being easily portable. I like the configuration and the ease of moving the keyboard on and off. My dissapointment in the first few weeks of use has been that the keyboard, when it's on it's own doesn't have backlighting on the keys (perhaps I haven't found how to make that happen yet), like it has when the keyboard is directly attached.

I like the concept but it needs more refining.
Minor Issues: I ordered my unit Ultra 9 with 1 terabyte SSD. My didnt come with a sleeve as some advertisers show. Also, the add shows getting a high end Backpack called the Vigour not the generic lower end backpack you get.
Major issues: The laptop overheats using it on your lap as a laptop. This makes it very hot and uncomfortable to use this way. The Asus Pen 2 is terrible to use and just a gimmick. Nothing as good as a Surface Pen or Apple Pencil. Batter life is Mediocre. I may return and wait to see if they improve the design and feature and use Qualcomm Snapdragon ARC CPU to improve the heating issue and battery life.

This machine is designed as a dual screen productivity machine but it is too slow. The form factor is great and I did not have build quality issues that others have reported. It can not run simple citrix workspace apps that a much old PC runs flawlessly. Worse yet, when in dual screen mode, it is even slower. I was not running intensive programs. I tried to get help. ASUS customer support had me do the following (even though the computer was less than 24 hours old): 1. Check Bios Version 2. Reset Bios 3. Update graphics drivers 4. Windows update 5. Factory reset PC 6. Return PC to store because they have no other troubleshooting steps.
Other issues: The screens are not the same brightness. They also have slightly different color profiles. Performance on battery is even worse yet.
ASUS may reply for me to contact customer support to see if they can resolve this issue. Just know, that I have done this over 6 times. This computer does not live up to the specs. It might be a software issue that is fixed at some point, but I can't recommend this for the price.

I love this laptop for its versatility and ability to multitask, I’m an artist so I like to use one screen for drawing while the other monitor can be used for reference photos. Moreover, I’m also in a business that requires me to have a multiscreen set up. Due to the screens being large, I can split each screen into two and have technically four monitors or split them into thirds and have six monitors, overall this is an excellent product that I am glad to have purchased.

Is one of the best laptops I've ever had. I am used to work with two screens and this allows me to do that while I'm moving. The only bad thing for me is that they don't do 15 or 16 inch (make sense for the extra weight). Overall, amazing device.

Very satisfied so far. Great screens, great battery life. The thunderbolt/charging ports are a bit loose but the work fine. I have used every mode for a real world scenario so far. I never thought I would ever use the sharing screen mode, and I have use it for this reason one time in one month of use. I have not had any issue with the detachable keyboard. Working perfectly so far!

I knew I needed another screen . Now I can't live without it. I love this device. Do I wish it had better battery life and boot up? Yes but the functionality blows everything else our of the water and makes up for other flaws..
One thing I hate; I wish the keyboard would recharge while attached to the device and I wish Back lighting for the keyboard would stay on...
It's dumb..you have to charge the keyboard separately... Why ? Idk..but that's a pain and an extra step.

Still a little early but during my time with the laptop so far I am impressed, battery life is good, depending on brightness, wifi...but watching hulu on about med-low brightness with 1 screen on I get about 5-7 hrs of battery life with my battery set to 80% and havent messed with 2nd screen much but except like 4-5 hrs on that with 2 oled 120hz, that is not bad
included: laptop, back-back, pen and a wodden thingy to lift laptop up, no-sleeve

I use a stacked monitor setup, so when I travel this is perfect. No extra monitor or keyboard. Its all right there. I can use it like a regualr laptop and then in my hotel room use the dual screen. This is great so far! Love it

I love the ability to look at multiple documents on two screens. I use this laptop for work. The double screens makes switching between documents so much easier. I love everything about this computer it's my third Asus... Definitely recommend.

In the first 2 weeks, this was the best laptop that ever used. After some updates, the problems starting to appear, to the extent that its 2nd screen doesn’t work anymore. Calling ASUS tech support didn’t solve the problem. The Tech Rep asked me to return it and try another unit. I decided to just return it. Hopefully, they will debug the product and come up with a new model soon.

I want to absolutely love this device. When this device works, its the best multitasking work/ study device I've ever used.
But I cant, purely due to the lag during startup.
Almost certainly has to do with how the my asus app interacts with drivers. There is noticeable frame drops, like 15fps during the first minute of re-connection / startup. The APP is the only thing that interacts with Framerate settings, and other startup tasks that leads me to diagnose it as the problem. One other possibility is drivers dealing with dual screens.
Lookup forum discussions and multiple people dealing with this issue.
In most cases, a clean boot will result in a quick boot. The main issue seems to be with the hibernation and agressive sleep that the device employs.
I'm personally willing to deal with it due to how great the other elements of the device are, but I recognize most others will find this unacceptable.
Frankly embarrassing to share how cool the device is if it lags when you're showing it off.
