I was in love with this 2in1, but the Inte AX201 WIFI 6 card is skittish. My Lenovo has an AC wireless card and it gets faster speeds that this one. I have 1.2GB service from Xfinity. I get 980Mbs at the modem. My WIFI 6 cell phone get s 800Mbs, but this laptop will not get more than 300Mbs. Even though it advertises up to gig speed, the AX201 card will not allow this laptop to be great. I have a Netgear Orbi WIFI 6 router and still nothing. I swapped the laptop out a few times thinking I just had a bad one. The second issue is ASUS customer support. As long as you do not have to call them you are doing good. Script readers. I was looking for a compatible stylus to use and they gave me the wrong recommendation. Their website is bland and does provide basic compatibility information. All in all, the computer does everything that I want. It went on sale so I was able to save another $200. That makes the issues worth it. 300Mbs is fast enough for anything that I would do on this machine, but it should perform as advertised and it doesn't.

Got this laptop in January it has been the best laptop I’ve ever owned it’s high speed and really easy to use. I love the Face ID and touch screen as well I use it mostly for my cricut and it works effortlessly! Definitely worth the money!

OK, purchased a few Dell laptops computer through the years from Best Buy. I have to say I was talked into trying this ASUS model and and so far I really like what it is doing. Very fast and the price was good for me.

Bought for son transitioning from high school to college, he is a high performing student. He uses it frequently, especially the tablet conversion and touch screen features (2 features I would never use). I recommend.

Got this for my son starting college, pretty decent laptop. A little on the heavy side as compared to other laptops in the same range but had the best performance out of all similar laptops I looked into.

Good computer, right price. Wasn't really looking for a 3 way (laptop/touchcscreen/tablet) but have really enjoyed the flexibility of the device. The big drawback is the zero key placement on the num pad. It is moves over 1 key from where you would expect it. Overall I would buy this again in a heartbeat!

A great replacement for my broken HP. I love the touchscreen and the graphics card. I use it for simple small business office letters and when I have extra time I play the Sims game.

My second one. Still using the first, need another one for work. Got to keep the browsing history secret. Love asus, rhymes with...but still a great PC. Built like a brick .. house. My very old one still work after 6 years but is slowing down. So they are hardy and well built.

Purchased this item a little over a month ago. I have worked in IT 40 plus years before and I'm very pleased with the speed and quality of this item. I would recomend it to anyone wanting to buy a quality piece of hardware.

Purchased for my wife as an all around laptop. She uses it for everything from social media to Photoshop editing. Its built like a tank. It far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful screen and very fast. Highly recommend.

It is a good laptop. Quality build and nice materials. And the internals are very good as well, especially considering the price. But I didn't like the screen. Probably I got used to Retina and 4K that I really see how inferior 1080p is. The keyboard is a bit mushy as well

This computer is one of the worst pieces of equipment I've ever purchased. To start: the speakers reach full volume only 2% of the time. 98% of the time the computer is at "full volume" and barely above a whisper. Sometimes the audio reaches its actual full volume but it is rare. I have to connect a Bluetooth speaker to get anything done. Next: for being so new, it really has been quite slow to get anything done. Multitasking is a big no-no as the computer can't handle it and freezes. I could've gotten a Chromebook for the same capabilities and half the cost. Did Best Buy sell me a damaged laptop? Was it dropped before it ended up in my hands? Needless to say I will not be purchasing another laptop from Best Buy. There are good reviews on this laptop. Maybe mine was just a lemon.

It was nice to have it walk you through the initial setup. We plan to use this laptop for photo editing, so we plan to get a stylus to make that easier. It is working well for the basics such as email and searching on the Internet and viewing videos.

Overall a great laptop. The 16GBs of RAM are more than enough for a Laptop and the GPU is great. Solid for School, Some Gaming, and More than enough for Casual Browsing

Bought this for my son who is going to college for engineering. He has loved it so far. Nice wide screen, touch screen and he loves that he can flip it over and use like a tablet.

Excellent purchase decision. As a nursing student, at times I have up to 20+ tabs open and I have not experienced any signs of latency. Battery lasts 9 hours from a full charge for my usage. Overall a great laptop, plus the aluminum design makes it look so nice.

Really great laptop. I really likes that you can set the battery to only charge to 60 percent. It will save wear and tear on the battery since I keep it plugged in a lot.

This laptop is excellent. It has a fairly efficient and fast processor and its design is compact and very versatile. It is ideal for office work and sharing information over the Internet.

Bought an Asus years ago. Was looking to change it up with another product, but when I looked over at my very reliable (yet very old) Asus laptop, I decided to stick with what works best! Love my new laptop. It's fast and convenient!

Nice computer bought it for our son as he wanted a gaming laptop but we didn’t want to spend a whole lot of money seems very fast it’s set up very easily and he is having a great time with it he seems to be able to play all the games that he desires to.
