Purchased this laptop to replace a worn out HP Omen used as a desktop/gaming computer. This Asus it is not an ultrabook, but it is thinner than most while packing a whole bunch of power. This thing runs smooth as butter. Absolutely no waiting for anything to open and the laptop turns on in literally a second. I can play modern MMORPGs, Sims 4, GTA etc on medium-high settings with a consistent 60 fps and no frame drops. Note- I did experience an issue with GPU performance for the first few weeks. The FPS would be consistently at 60 but occasionally drop to 5-10 FPS for several minutes at a time and then jum back up to 60. After a lot of my own troubleshooting (adjusting in game settings/adjusting the windows power plan/adjusting Nvidia graphic card settings), I finally figured out the issue was within the MyASUS app that's installed on the laptop. There is a Fan Profile setting, and mine was set to "Whisper mode". This effectively throttled the CPU/GPU performance with the sole purpose of keeping the laptop quiet. As soon as you set the Fan Profile to "Performance", all of the laptops power will be unleashed. I have experienced 0 FPS drops or hiccups in performance changing this setting, ableit the fans are very excitable now. AMAZING laptop especially for the price.

I’ve only used this for a little while, but observations so far: - the build is very sturdy and of high quality. - keyboard is good; I do wish the backlight was brighter. Touchpad is good. - placing into tablet mode works well. - runs reasonably cool. - It’s fast :-) - screen: bright and colorful as I would expect for OLED. Honestly though, and maybe it’s just me... it’s a bit “too much” IMO, but I don’t do serious creative work or play games ( yet ;-) ). I probably would be just as happy with an IPS screen, but hey- for the price you get OLED. I’ll modify my review later if anything comes up.

I wanted a laptop with a dedicated GPU that was well built and would likely last. This puppy is really fast. It’s a bit heavy so I’m using it primarily as a desktop replacement although I can carry it when I need to. It has an HDMI port, a legacy USB 3.x port and an SD card port so I don’t need a USB-C multiport adapter. I haven’t really tested the battery fully yet. Overall highly recommended!

Not the best. I got this because my last one broke. This one is slower than that 3-year-old laptop and this one is supposed to be 3 series ahead. I tend to go from app to app like google, google docs, and word. It is very slow and sometimes freezes on it. I like the way the keyboard feels and the noise the board makes. I like the mouse board is longer than other boards cause you can move more. I also like the way the screen almost touches the edges. It makes the laptop seem smaller but bigger. Also, the side number keyboard is different than others, the 0 and . , check it before buying because it threw me off for a month and a half. Seems durable for the most part. Heavier side.

my asus laptop with icore 7 and 16 gb memory is so fast. i like the touch screen. what a job it is to have such a fast laptop. i am just thrilled

I was looking for a new laptop for a while because my 10 year old Asus laptop was acting up. I bought a viviobook a few months back and returned it because it felt cheap. As soon as i saw this one on sale i got it and im so happy i did. Im not a laptop pro but i love this laptop and it runs smoothly, i love the touchscreen which was a must for me, and its just a very cool laptop to have.

Works great for work and play! Ive been using this laptop for some time now and it runs fast and reliably!

using it for autocad. fast, clean, light weight. battery is lasting a very long time.

This is a really good computer.it has worked for school. Good storage and camera. Good size and screen picture.

Coming from a Dell with 8gb/256SSD this thing is in a whole different class. Super fast, beautiful, and extremely robust in feel. Only con I've found thus far is the keyboard layout, but I'll get to used to it. I was so happy I didn't have to give my money to companies like Dell, Microsoft, Apple, etc. No other options compared to what this laptop delivered for the price in my search for a new one.

Light, but solid build. Good, quiet performer. I use it both as a true laptop and connected to a USB Hub with 2 monitors, keyboard, mouse and ethernet. The update to Windows 11 was a little challenging as the Asus System Control Interface v3 was preventing the install. (Needed to disable and remove it for the Windows 11 install, then it added itself back in.) Audio has a decent sound, but that's definitely not its best feature.

I've only owned it for a few weeks, and this is my first laptop, but have had many desktops. Its been good. Seems very sturdy construction. I do wish a Pen was included. I also needed to buy type c to USB converters so I could run both my wireless mouse and my game pad at same time. It charges really fast. I keep it on Max battery life setting which only charges it to 60% for around the house use.. And I crank it up if I need more to charge it to 80 or 100% when I need to.

Overall very good gaming and video's screening and SFR.

After having my last two laptops fail due to a broken hinge, I decided to focus on the specs and build quality. The build quality of this computer seems to be really solid. I wish this had a few more ports (Hmdi, ethernet), but I'm sure I'll adapt. The screen on this is great, the speed is really good, too. I'm glad I chose this model. Although I didn't intend to spend this much, I have no regrets.

Very smooth and fast laptop with a sleek design. I bought for the purpose of playing the Sims smoothly and it does that very well. Battery life is decent. The only big negative for me is the use of the touch screen. It's way too bulky or heavy to try to use like a tablet or on it's own. I'd give it a 4.5/5 overall if half stars were an option!

SUPERFAST great laptop with touchscreen that I never thought I'd enjoy but I do. Sound quality with Discord is amazing, thank you harman/kardon sound! I'm glad it's US military-grade durability too, as my last laptop did not do well with what it's designed for...portability! This laptop is MUCH heavier than I've ever had, but for the benefits of durability it will last me much longer than I've previously experienced.
