I’ve had this laptop for about a month now. I’m super pleased so far. I’m not a ‘gamer’ or anything. But for Zoom, Netflix, Microsoft Office, etc it works extremely well and fast. I Highly recommend.

Bought it and returned it, due to following reasons, - Poor webcam, grainy, bad white balance and laggy. - No USB C pd charging( perhaps due to discrete graphics card) - Noisy dual CPU fans even at low speed, - Mouse trackpad/touchpad is not centered to keyboard making it unergonomic to use as it touches the right palm while typing, making it bothersome. This laptop has the best laptop screen ever, it's 4K OLED and is flicker free, but ergonomics as stated above are poor. ASUSS needs to have an ergonomics design team to make more usable products not just good engineers, had a lot of expectations due to the specs but was a thorough let down.

I love this 2 in 1! Needed a computer for school and I love to game. This is the perfect computer for both! It's hard to find a gaming laptop with all the bells and whistles. Most gaming laptops try to jam the latest and greatest into a porly built machine to make them affordablee or charge upwards of 3k! This may not have the latest RTX GPU but the OLED display coupled with all the features make it far more suitable for what I need to accomplish in life.

I have to agree with the other reviewer that mentioned the laptop feels "slapped together". Some issues noted below. - There was a slight gap in the seams (on the sides) where the top panel joins with the side/bottom panel. - A larger issue was the center portion of the keyboard dipped in about 1mm. It was noticeable almost immediately upon opening the lid before I even powered on the laptop. The center of the unit did depress a little. This is common with cheaper units, but I was expecting better at this price. - The "C" key light was out. - BT mouse stuttering issues. Basically, every few mins or so, the mouse would pause for a second and then resume. This would also happen when actively scrolling. When the mouse was left unmoved for a little, it would pause again, but it would take longer to re-engage. I am aware of disabling power management features of various items in Windows Device Manager, which I did, to no avail. I've noticed this may be an issue with 11th Gen Intel CPUs, as I've not experienced this with any 10th Gen CPUs, even with power management features active. That being said, the display was very nice, color uniformity was great, and trackpad felt premium. If they tighten up the quality a bit, even if they wanted to charge $100 more, this could be a winner.

I’ve only had this laptop a couple of days, so far I’m extremely satisfied with everything, except two really annoying gotchas ... ease of reading the keys and placement of the power up button. If the power button is on the keyboard anywhere, I sure can’t find it. But I do find a small button on the right-hand side of the laptop, you know, where the places are to insert accessories. It is positioned right where it’s easy to accidentally turn it off while working, guess the designers assume that once a user is working, they won’t be shifting the laptop around ... wrong! The imprint on the keys are not bright white nor so easy to read at a glance. For some reason they are just not as sharp to read as my other computers and laptop. I have to strain a little to read them.

Overall, great laptop. Amazing screen, great speakers, and solid build. I do wish it wasn't a 3 prong plug for the charger. Could make finding an outlet difficult at times, especially if it's an extension.

The ASUS - ZenBook Flip 15 Q538EI 15.6" Touch-Screen Laptop-Intel Core i7-16GB Memory- NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti Max-Q-1TB SSD is superfast and is of good quality for the purchase price.

The ASUS Q538EI is a fast performer; however, 4 stars vs 5 are for the following: Speakers. Sound quality is not consistent and is contingent upon how video is produced. Separate speaker will be needed to enhance sound. Cap Lock: Hard to see when it is lit. The key board is back-lit, however; the Cap Lock key has a pin hole light which makes it difficult when creating passwords and re-entering them. Key Pad: Pg up & Pg down are only 1/2 keys and are easy to miss type. But overall the hardware/software, remains fast, w/clear visuals and reliable, user-friendly settings.

Love this laptop. Wish the ram was upgradable but other than that its perfect. The screen is incredible and its super fast. Asus is kinda a pain to deal with but no worse than HP or any of the others.

The store associates at Best Buy in Appleton, Wi. are phenomenal!!! My ASUS-Zen-Book Flip 15 is an amazing laptop! I"m learning something new everyday.

Excellent value, fast and works excellently with Photoshop and Lightroom.

This was the easiest transition I have ever had with a computer. Everything worked great straight out of the box and was very easy to set up. So far everything is working great.

I love this laptop. The screen is beautiful and I like the hello figure. I had to get a mount to raise it up. The features are great. It’s touch screen and the keyboard is easy to use. I got it on sale

I had a disastrous experience buying certified used open box from Best Buy online. Definitely not the closest store to me, but after hearing good things about the Independence,MO store…I decided to go there to see if they could help. They were SO GREAT!!! In particular, William Thomas in sales and the manager, Matt Demery. They were also shocked at the condition I received my items, and went above and beyond to make things right. I hope they see this and get the extra recognition they deserve. I appreciated their help so very much!! They turned an awful experience around and made it great. Best Buy is lucky to have them!

This laptop has everything you need if you're looking for CPU speed, an excellent/bright OLED 4K display, number pad, touchscreen, backlight display, and last but not least, excellent battery life.

So far I am very happy with this laptop. Great display, fast processor. I was looking at a high end Dell, this had same specs but was less money, and better reviews. Does what I need a laptop to do.

i originally ordered the epson f12 laser projector. ive always wanted a 4k 2 in 1 laptop. this asus laptop happened to be under 900.00 open box excellent. i then cancelled the epson laser projector and ordered the asus 4k laptop. i picked up the asus 4k laptop and turned it on. this laptop did not disapoint me. its way better than my asus gaming laptop 144hz 3060ti for picture quality although the 3060ti has 3800 shader units more than triple the gpu of the asus 4k laptop. 4k oled picture quality is nicer than the ultra 1440p picture . this asus 4k laptop is a keeper

Very excellent 15 laptop. This is used as a development laptop and runs everything we throw at it. Usually very quietly. It is very sturdy but not heavy. Good IO and the screen is very nice.

I have bought two identical PCs. I bought the first one in December 2020. I recommend this excellent product, ASUS - ZenBook to everyone.

I'm happy with this laptop and its features overall. It does get rather warm rather fast though. I would recommend getting a laptop cooler as well with this laptop.
