Computer Works
||Posted . Owned for 3 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I like the computer. The only problem I have had so far is not enough USB ports, and when I try to use my headset / mic combo it makes it won't allow either function to work properly. Also I will admit I am nostalgic and I miss my C Drive because I love to create music and picture disks.

Problem with the ASUS ZenBook Flip 15 Q538EI
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.ASUS - ZenBook Flip 15 Q538EI: Last week/weekend I finally had some time to turn on and work on this ASUS laptop. It appears to be working fine but I have three (3) items that are annoying and quite disappointing! 1). The units has a cycling humming noise thru the speaker. Each quite and low humming noise cycle run in between 3-4 minutes. It is irritating to my hearing! 2). The "ENTER" key hangs up for about 2-3 seconds every after 2 or three "ENTER" strikes that goes thru. Disappointing. 3). The "HOME" and "END" key does only moves one (1) space left for the "HOME" and one (1) space right for the "END". Frustrating! Now is this for the specific unit that I got, or a common complaint for this ASUS model laptop. I not happy at all, and I would like a replacement. Or, if a different next model is available without these problems. Honestly, I still love and use my 11-year old Toshiba laptop. Hoping to hear for a response. Thank you

Good
||Posted . Owned for 2 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Excellent computer, superior screen resolution and sharpness and MILITARY ENDURANCE grade, processor and graphics that allows you to edit 1080 video and play AAA titles in the minimum of graphics. It has no Ethernet connection and very few usb ports. Audio is very, very poor

Fantastic screen quality, great value
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This has turned out to be an ideal laptop for visual design work. I use it with digital painting apps and Blender 3D modeling. It has plenty of graphics power for complex rendering and handles big projects easily. The screen is bright and colors are accurate and vivid. I couldn't be happier!

Screen Went Blank, but Best Buy Replacing
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Six weeks after purchase, screen went blank except for three green bars. Untill then, I would give it 5 stars. The reason I took off only 1 star was due to Best Buy's great customer service. When I took it back to them, they authorized a new replacement to be shipped to me on the spot. It should be here in 3 days.

ASUS-Great Buy for a Great Laptop
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Love the laptop. I was looking at a laptop that had enough USB ports and HDMI ports. I was pleased with this device. My only complaint is that it appears to be slow in opening up apps, but other than that, I am pleased with its performance.

Asus ZenBook Flip 15 is boss!
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. My new ASUS - ZenBook Flip 15 meets all my needs as a power user. I love the 4K OLED display, and that it is a separate graphics card - not integrated into the motherboard. With 16gb of ram, I can do anything from Video editing to multitasking complex business applications. Great value!

A Really Nice Laptop
|Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This is my first Asus ZenBook laptop. It is a 2-in-1 model, with the monitor connected by way of 360-degree hinges that allow the monitor and keyboard to be positioned back-to-back, or in tent-mode or in-between. I don’t use tablet mode all that often, but to put it into tablet mode just move the monitor backward until the OS alerts you that you have arrived. Once there, you can type, write, and draw using a stylus, or pop up a virtual keyboard to do touch-typing directly on the monitor. Note that no stylus is provided, so if you want one, you’ll need to buy one separately. This ZenBook supports stylus’ offering up to 4,096 pressure levels. Asus categorizes this laptop as having US Military-grade durability. I can say that this is one solid piece of technology and one of the heaviest I’ve used. I believe, however, that it could survive a drop that many other laptops I’ve owned would not have survived. At 15.6”, this unit’s monitor is over two inches larger than my previous laptop. That may not sound like a lot, but this monitor is both bigger and much, much clearer. When in tablet mode, the screen will rotate from portrait to landscape depending on orientation. In portrait orientation, this monitor seems huge. Although not a big user of tablet mode, I’ve used it a bunch of times since receiving it and used it to work on documents and when traversing the internet. It has been a nice change. Everything about this Zenbook seems high quality to me. The monitor is nice, the keyboard has good responsiveness, and the mouse pad is as good as any I’ve used. There is a numeric keypad on the right side of the keyboard, but it is so narrow that I wonder about its usefulness. This ZenBook seems noticeably faster to my previous laptop, even though they are running the same processor. Yet, loading documents, copying files, starting apps, and rendering web pages all seem much quicker. Regarding connection ports, this ZenBook comes with the following: • One HDMI Slot • One USB Type-A Slot • Two USB Type-C Slots • One SD Card Slot • One Wired Headset Port • One Charging Port Speaker sound quality is a low point with this ZenBook. So much so that if I want to quietly watch a movie or play music/video for a group of people, I will likely pair a Bluetooth device (speaker or earbuds) to get the best sound. I think the built-in speakers are more than adequate if all I want to do is listen to some low-to-medium volume videos. I did listen to a number of YouTube music videos with and without earbuds, and the quality of sound is vastly superior with the earbuds. Even though the speaker issue is very noticeable, I am going to give this ZenBook 5 stars because I like everything else about it.
