Returned within a week due to terrible sound. The sound was staticky and would break up as if on a bad phone call. I was very disappointed. I’ve had several Asus computers and loved them.

Great laptop for the price!! love the spec. only thing was the sound was bit low(speaker) so i did some research on it. update driver ect. how ever it didnt do anything far as making it loud. and found out there was DTS app. so i was thinking oh well ill try that... and man that made it sound so much louder and better. if you get this laptop and if this is the issue try using DTS app( its installed in the laptop) only con on this laptop now is its finger print magnet lol. screen is beautiful 4K OLED and fast 1TB SSD is more than enough space for most people. GTX1650Ti Max Q is ok for the game (its running hot when playing game so im going to try to make it run cooler) . its seems you need to know little about computer to change little bit but like i said its Bang for the buck

I believe it’s a great laptop, specially after $500 discount, but I had to return it because it has a serious problem, laptop was working but no display, blank, it has a hardware problem

Just...WOW! That display is absolutely beautiful!! This laptop is lightweight, well made, and reasonably powerful for a PC that isn't designated as a gaming laptop. While the 1650TI is a little dated as far as GPUs go, it does an excellent job of providing raw power when combined with the 11th Gen i7 Intel CPU and 16GB of RAM. We're seeing framerates in the 100s for games like Fortnite. The OLED display is just gorgeous!! And the resolution is quite something. It's unusual to find a display this good at this price point. And to top it all off...it's a touch screen. Things I feel are missing...A mini-DP port for external monitor. IT has HDMI, but DP is the way to go these days. And I think they could have afforded to stick in at least 1 more, maybe 2, USB-A slots on the rear of the chassis. It comes with 1 USB-A, and 2 USB-C w/thunderbolt 4. It did come loaded with some bloatware, but that was easy enough to uninstall. One thing I really have to give Asus credit for this time around though is there system mgmt software. It's definitely an improved experience and does a good job of providing an AIO solution for software/driver updates and adjusting settings like power, display, and audio. All in all I'm quite pleased with this device at this price point and would highly recommend it for someone who's looking to do some graphic design, general PC work, and light-mid range AAA gaming.

Less than a week after I received it the hardware malfunctioned. ASUS then asked for an 1100 dollar payment to fix it.

Does not connect to usc c connection only has USB c charging capability so docking stations with three monitors or more will not work on the laptop. Very disappointed. Avoid and buy a Dell.

Open-Box satisfactory to who?! There’s scratches all over the hdmi outlet and the charging area doesn’t work!! Returning Friday

Awesome computer. I'm a Day Trader and not only do I perform the tasks I need to on that, but it also powers (2) 24' monitors as well. Incredibly fast as well. Highly recommend.

This touchscreen laptop works well, The image quality is great, It works relatively fast, but best when connected to power. The only issue I experienced was with the initial setup Trying to add a sub user account was difficult and required multiple log in attemps and restarts. This is working well for my daughter who is schooling from home in place of the standard issue school computer. It comes w/ Windows 10 preloaded, and is a fliptop so you can rotate it to work like a tablet or laptop (2 in 1) It uses a standard style power adapter (model specific) not the USB-C universal other laptops I have seen like these. It comes w/ an HDMI, card slot, 2 USB-C slots, all located along the sides. Very good flip top laptop, only issue was the setup

Love my new laptop!! I've had HP laptops before, and they were too big and bulky. This one is perfect size for on the go or at the desk use. Very fast and great touch screen capabilities. Battery last a VERY long time, too

The display is fantastic, colors/shadows etc are amazingly crisp. Compared to my desktop (one year old) and you can see the difference. Weighs about the same as my mac laptop. Turned the screen over and used the touch feature and it was like a tablet. The power of a laptop with the convenience of a tablet. Perfect!

I've been using this laptop for about 3 months now i have to say it has been the best laptop i have had in forever. It is reliable, fast, durable, and handles any work loads. I enjoy being able to do minor gaming too on the go. It does have temp issues but most high end laptops do and are impossible to get rid of. If you can find one I suggest this laptop more than any other

Asus made the perfect laptop. The computer is lightweight enough to be carried around yet powerful enough to handle photo/video editing and even some casual gaming. With DCI 100% you can ensure that your edits will look the way you want. The new intel processors are blazing fast & energy efficient. For media consumer the 4k OLED display is gorgeous. I don't think there is something on the market that can beat the value preposition that this computer offers. You're getting newest Intel 11Gen processor, decent video graphic card, laptop mode, 1TB SSD, beautiful 4k OLED, aluminum chassis... Overall I'm very happy with this laptop

I have been using this laptop for a couple of months, and so far, this computer has been great. I was looking for something powerful enough for schoolwork, but also not too big and heavy. This laptop is a great middle-ground for power and portability. The screen quality is fantastic, and the dedicated GPU combined with 16GB of RAM allows for a heavier workload than what other laptops in the same category can handle. I use this laptop almost every day, and it does a great job in handling student workload and demanding software. My favorite features are the smart stylus support and the 360-degree hinge design, which allows for a great studying and note-taking experience. The laptop feels durable, and it has a great minimalistic design. However, even though the battery life isn’t bad, for my usage, I would have liked a slightly longer battery life. Additionally, an included smart stylus would have been appreciated since it would eliminate any problems in finding a good and compatible stylus. Luckily, I haven’t had any issues, but one might want to take that into account when getting a stylus for this laptop. Overall, I would highly recommend this laptop for business and schoolwork. Despite my earlier comments on the stylus and my personal preference for the battery life, the unbeatable price to performance all while not sacrificing features and quality is well worth the price. I’m glad I got this laptop, and I don’t think anyone else shopping for a 2-in-1 laptop would regret this choice.

This is a beautiful laptop that transitions into a tablet. I was really excited about my purchase as the graphic quality is really stunning. However after two and half years of owning it, I’ve used it no more than 20 times. The most recent time I tried to use the laptop, after turning it on, it went into a windows loading mode and will not actually start for use. I’ve tried calling ASUS customer support and did a ton of research online. ASUS support tried to do a reset several times and the computer still doesn’t work. I’m thoroughly disappointed in the overall quality of the hardware especially when I’ve taken extremely great care of my laptop, as it’s still like new with the box. I did nothing out of the ordinary to turn on the computer that would cause the software or hardware to provide me with the error code that it is.

Perfect for my business. Requirements a 2 in 1 so I can convert to tablet when I need to present data or draw. A dedicated graphics card for editing video. I tried the HP Spectre and I thought I had found the perfect laptop but that one would overheat and the WI-FI did not work. I got a second one and the same thing. I finally saw the ASUS and what a difference. It supports windows hello for face recognition. Does not come with bloat ware or pre-installed useless software. Only one complaint and that is that the keyboard does not feel intuitive, and the speakers are not the loudest, (good enough though). But the best thing is the heat management. It is the quietest laptop I have ever owned. And the OLED screen is beautiful.

This ASUS laptop is fantastic. The screen definition is pristine and the speed is pretty fast. I keep dozens of tabs open and do not notice any change in response time or lag. I like how it is touch screen and also how I can flip the screen 360 degrees for a tablet feel. Overall I am very happy with this laptop! ASUS is giving an extra 90 days of warranty for writing this genuine review.
