I was eyeballing this product in the store. The advantage is it has a built-in graphics card at a price that is not conceivable for most other laptops. There are disadvantages though. The keyboard ergonomics needs improvement -- it's not placed in a centered location; your right palm will hover over the trackpad. The battery life is also not optimal compared to a Macbook; the battery estimated ~6 hrs without a charger plugged in. I'd say that might be overdoing... it seemed like it was going to budge at 3-4 hrs without a charge. The laptop does get hot when playing video games that require more than just a miserly graphics card. However, this is still saying more than something like a MacBook which probably could not even run the game due to M1 optimization issues as well as the lack of a dedicated graphics card. All in all -- it's a good laptop if it's on sale, but for the price point here it's not worth it. Other competitive options which better trackpads include the SurfacePro, HP Envy, HP Spectre, and ThinkPad. I'd say that if you are interested in gaming, I tested it out, but the keyboards are not as amenable for gaming as a desktop PC, so the experience is still suboptimal compared to the "best option." So, this is adequately named a performance laptop. The storage and RAM make this laptop a beast though. It has a great processor; it's probably faster than my previous Macbook which I thought was a beast too.

The laptop performs very good, to tell the truth, it is a very good computer for medium use, you can install a wide variety of games, the screen has a very good lighting as with dark colors. very good. The battery life is considerable, it lasted me on average more than 8 hours watching only videos. I should also mention that its battery charges very fast.

It’s been working pretty fast. I was debating whether to get this computer or a Mac book with the same number of memory storage and RAM. I decided on the ASUS because it had touch screen and can be folded. It works just as good and was cheaper.

The ZenBook Flip has been an excellent machine to date. It has snappy performance and handles all of the software that I need it to run. It provides outstanding graphics and a beautiful screen. The only thing that I am not thrilled with is the placement of some of the keys on the ten-key ~ they are not in the standard placement and it has taken some getting used to. Overall, I am very pleased with this laptop.

Nice laptop, very well built, and a good buy with a rich feature set. It’s fast- and I can even play FS2020 on general medium settings. The OLED screen is actually a little more “saturated “ than I’m used to, but it’s got great color and depth. I guess I’m more used to a non OLED. In my opinion, you won’t be disappointed!!

-Fan was quiet and didn't turn on much but I am just a casual user. -Battery life is good. -Keyboard is excellent-perfect amount of travel. -Speakers are pretty good but not great. -Screen was vibrant and clear, right size. -Track-pad was smooth and accurate-number pad works well too. -Perfect to travel and to take it to work home.

We purchased this computer for my daughter for college. She wanted a larger screen since it will be her primary computer for school work. We had debated about getting a MacBook or a Lenovo Yoga, but decided on this computer after speaking with a salesman at Best Buy. Decided on the ASUS ZenBook because of the number of ports, screen clarity, memory, operating system and the flip screen (like the Yoga). She also likes the face recognition for unlocking her screen, but it seems to only recognize her if her hair is up (which is how she had it when she set up her computer). We felt the ZenBook offered the most "bang for the buck", so to speak. My older daughter purchased a MacBook for college a couple of years ago and likes it, but finds the lack of ports annoying and said if she was to purchase again, she'd likely get a laptop with more ports and a Windows based system like the Yoga or ZenBook, since we do not use Apple phones. So far, so good.

Love the keyboard, processor and screen quality. Great Bonuses are the Flip screen, GTX 1650Ti and the storage. Not a gamer but they all add to the experience while spending many hours working on this machine. I was not going to buy ASUS but had to pull the trigger before year end. Not sorry so far.

I think this laptop is great! It's a major upgrade from my last laptop (an hp that did not withstand the passage of time). I went in store to purchase this specific laptop, and unfortunately it was sold out, but they were able to ship it to me for free. I will say that BestBuy shipping is not my favorite- they use ups, who informs you when the item has shipped, but then radio silence until the day it's supposed to arrive. As for the laptop itself, the battery life is great- I have to attend 3 hour zoom lectures, and I don't have to go running for my charger an hour in! The display is beautiful, it has a snipping shortcut on the keyboard, which is awesome, and I can also download files in a short amount of time. It also boots up really fast! The laptop is kind of awkward to open, it has magnets to keep it shut, and they work a bit too well. The audio without headphones isn't really great either; I was perusing some Netflix trailers last night, and they all sounded static-y, but ones I started playing a movie, it was fine. I'm not too sure what's up with that. The numeric keyboard layout is also a bit awkward for me, it has a . where my last two laptops have had a 0, so it's going to take some getting used to. I'm also not a huge fan of having the power button on the side, but that's a pretty minor feature to be bothered about.

I decided it was time to get a new laptop when my HP Envy froze/locked-up during a windows downloap. The clam shell had also started to separate from the screen. I love everything about my new ASUS Laptop. The processor is fast, the colors are soooo vivid, it has a sleek design, and it has more memory.

This is a really nice 2/1 laptop. It has a lot of great features which include: processor, graphics card, Bluetooth, usb 3.0, 2 thunderbolt ports, sturdy build, touchpad can be turned off (my last one could not). Draw back points would be placement of ports. HDMI is on the left but when expanding the desktop onto a monitor the mouse goes off the right side of the screen. The thunderbolt ports are in the middle on the right. Anything like a hub will sit where you want to use the mouse. The numberpad is scrunched down in size. No dedicated home, end, pg up, pg down keys if that matters to you. The issue I had was Best Buy was supposed to have several models on hand that met my needs and then didn't. I had this one shipped to me. I was told it had an ethernet port, it does not. For most this probably isn't an issue, I bought it for work and wanted hard wire for network security. Yes I can plug an adapter into a hub or docking station. I was also told the ram was upgradeable (if desired down the road), it isn't. I felt lied to. I would have returned it but for the price it is stii a good choice.

This is a fantastic computer. My wife's work laptop is a touchscreen as well so it was hard to get anything that didn't have the feature. We haven't used the convertible mode much, but the screen size is perfect, it's fast, quiet, and has enough power and speed to do everything we need it for. Hoping it lasts for years to come.

I'm really enjoying my choice. Firstly, this computer went on sale after purchase. Best Buy honored the new price and refunded the difference. The computer is not loaded with a bunch of extra programs I dont need. I appreciate that. I love the feel of the keyboard, but I have to get used to the mousepad being in a spot where I can easily tap it while typing. The computer has been able to handle various games, but was glitchy with Fortnite. The screen color is wonderful and the sound is adaquet. It has some odd quarks like if you shut the lid without putting it to sleep then you have to push the power button twice to get the laptop going again. Overall, a solid 4.

I reviewed a lot of units before purchasing this one. The unit looks great and construction seems pretty solid. Unit looks sleek and stylish. I wish there was an Ethernet port included but as the laptop is wifi 6 compatible I’m not overly concerned. I understand there are also adapters that may work with the ports on the pc to allow Ethernet connectivity. Setup was fairly easy and the touchscreen came in quite handy during that process. Screen colors were really nice and I’m looking forward to working with the unit in greater detail. Speed seems fairly fast and keys have a nice feel to them. The touchpad also works well although I’ll probably add a usb mouse. So far I’m pretty impressed with the purchase. It’s a lot nicer than my current HP unit.

Works like a dream, perfect for everything from drawing to gaming to typing like a madperson on your keyboard. I do recommend getting a towel or a laptop tray with it though because it does get pretty hot, but thats the only problem that I can think of because I am entranced by the Qled

So far it runs seamlessly! Sometimes I forget its touchscreen when in "laptop" mode too and I am trying to point something out to someone and accidently "click" on the item...lol! But other than that, it was easy to set up and its easy to switch between "laptop" to "tablet" mode.

I’m glad I went with this computer. I had the best help that walked me through a few options of laptops that would do the things I wanted it to do. It’s easy to use, it’s fast and does everything I want it to do. I don’t really like the number keys on the left, but I will adjust to those.

This laptop is everything the advertising and specs claim! Upgraded to Windows 11, and no issues as well as all the ASUS updates that improved on the factory settibgs and drivers. Facial recognition as well as the pin number access ensure computer is on and ready in 15 seconds or less...a world of difference from the past hard drives. Great for all business applications as well as gaming...if that is your forte...Will be hard for any other machine at $1,500 or more to even be close to competing now or in the near future.
