The volume is awful. The computer speakers sound scratchy when I use the mousepad or am on Zoom. I am returning this for a replacement. If the replacement doesn’t work, I will get a Lenovo. The computer itself is beautiful and fast!

This laptop is great fast and fully loaded, everything i needed this was a upgrade for me from a 2015 model year laptop and has the latest software and programs i need. The 4K ultra HD screen is awesome, i can now watch 4K videos without delays thanks to 16GB DDR. So far i love my new laptop and no issues at all. Pretty happy with this purchase.

This is a decent laptop. I use it mostly for the office 365 suite. The touchpad is too sensitive even if you change the settings and the 3 finger swipe doesn’t work very well. The speakers are not great and the mic doesn’t pick up great either. Overall not bad, but there is room for improvement.

Love the touch of this keyboard and the weight of the machine, plenty of power for what I do.

Beautiful product. Fun to learn. I bought this to have my own computer for Zoom/online yoga. It ended up being used for more than just that! It is fast, efficient, effective, and great all around. I did purchase a separate Webcam but i planned on it for yoga classes. The camera with this is not clear and pixelated. Oh, the speakers are not that loud either

I'm really enjoying this laptop. Other than some minor glitches when trying to get 3 monitors connected (USB to HDMI worked like a charm) so far so good. This is a pretty powerful machine and for what I use it for (work) the speed is great and the display crisp and clear.

Purchased this Laptop for College and have no complaints at all! Majoring in BS and it’s exceeding expectations, the battery life is good once lowering the display brightness and then you add about 4 more hours of battery life. I didn’t pay for price because I bought it on sale but worth even the full price.

Super Happy with this laptop. Performance is amazing! Easy to set up and get running right away. I run a 3D software that requires a high graphic card and this laptop certainly has everything I need. Also, Love the OLED Screen colors that come through on the display so accurately. Very happy on how thin the laptop is considering the power that is behind the machine.

Great computer for the price and the Best Buy associates are very helpful. Always buy the Geek Squad and protection plan. They are a great value. High speed and great functionality! This is the second Asus computer I have bought and the first one lasted 5 years (very slow now). I never had an issues with this brand and the price is unbeatable!

Great laptop for a great price. The specs on the computer are excellent, its a steal for the price. On most laptops you have to compromise on what you get but this laptop checks all the boxs: great display, storage, GPU/CPU, size, battery life and for a great price.
