Great with reservations

We chose the Asus for price , features and quality. It’s been great except now after 11 months the battery is not charging . Hoping to get this flexed as it’s still under warranty

Too Hot to Touch

October 2024 the unit was TOO HOT TO TOUCH and will not turn on. I am probably lucky it did not catch my house on fire.... seriously. No propaganda here and 100% real. Of course, its out of manufacturer warranty and total tech. warranty. I expected a lot more from a very expensive laptop.

Amazing display.

It is truly amazing the power they were able to crank out of such a thin and light laptop. She tells me it has sped up her workflow 100x. The display is probably the best looking I've seen on any laptop.

Amazing value and great customer service

I bought it as a open box item and the team at BestBuy were incredibly helpful from doing a physical check on the time before I drove to the store to having the item ready for me when I arrived. This laptop has a great form factor, a dedicated graphics card and came with great software options.

I keep turning off LT when I need to move it. It only has one USB for flash drives, I had to buy extra access to use wireless mouse and other usb devices. I don't like that edge comes up everytime and I can't seem to replace it with Google Web.

Best Buy of 2022!

Like the first, it is reliable and fast, has an excellent screen, and has all the features I need for easily working with word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and internet.

ASUS Zenbook 2-in-2

Did not come with the pen as stated in the advisement. Some features not that outstanding as stated. There is no way to order the pen. This needs to be remove from the ad if the pen is not offered.
