    Great buy for $800

The laptop was a great buy. The screen is gorgeous, the keyboard is very snappy and easy to type in (better than Lenovo Z series), the track pad just works! (better than my 2023 MBP), the battery life is great at about 6-7 hours of general browsing and typing related use (I am a PhD student), and it doesn't get that hot on the lap. I was very skeptical about the non standard resolution at first, but its perfect for reading and typing. The images/videos are so sharp, I am convinced that my next TV/monitor screen will be an OLED. Overall, this laptop exceeded my expectations and a steal for $800.

ASUS Failed but Best Buy Earned my Business

I bought two of these Asus laptops. One for my mother, and one for my family. I was initially blown away by the display. The OLED touch screens were a step above what I was accustomed to with Apple laptops. The high resolution coupled with HDR OLED was something I simply had not seen at this price point in any brand before. Not only was the display great, but the specs were also really solid for the price point. We are talking intel i7 processor, 16Gb of RAM, and a decent sized Solid State Hard Drive that made this a heck of a deal. It seemed like a great value at the price I paid, which was $1069 at that time. After one year of regular use, my mother’s laptop battery completely failed. They live hours away from a Best Buy so taking it in to Best Buy for repairs was not an option. My father ordered a replacement battery online and replaced the battery himself. The laptop seems to run fine now, although they’ve mentioned that it appears the battery is swelling and the chassis of the laptop has warped as a consequence. If I was going to rate this machine based on the experience of my mom, I’d give it a 3 or 4. Decent specs, lousy battery. Worked great for a year and is borderline electronics waste now. Now here is where things get weird. Remember I mentioned that I bought two? Well, I bought one for myself and after I used it for a couple weeks, i put it away in my dresser and the computer went unused for about 10 months. My main computer is a MacBook Pro, for what that’s worth … only really relevant to the story to help explain why I stopped using it. I bought the machine for a very specific project, (VM on my Mac was not an option) and when that was completed, I never turned it on again until my son needed it for school, roughly 10 months later. I ended up giving the computer to him, around the same time my mom’s computer battery failed… and guess what… after about 2 weeks of using the computer, my son’s battery completely failed too! I think it’s pretty bizarre that BOTH laptops’ batteries failed and needed replacement after roughly one year since purchase. My moms machine was used daily, and my sons machine only a couple dozen times… both failed around the same time. Totally different states, separated by at least 1000 miles. Weird. The good news is that I have Best Buy Total Tech. I took my son’s laptop to Geek Squad for repair. They shipped it off to Asus and three weeks later, we had the computer back, working fine. But then… the battery failed AGAIN! The computer was again sent to Asus for repair and returned about 3 weeks later with a new battery and a new motherboard this time. Then, about a week later, the keyboard stopped responding properly and about 5 or 6 letter keys wouldn’t work at all. This third time for repair, Best Buy made good on the Total Tech warranty terms, and reimbursed me for the cost of the laptop. They kept the laptop and gave me a gift card for the original purchase price. Thank goodness for that. I’ll do some better research this time for dependable laptops. The Asus had amazing specs on paper when I bought it, but apparently the parts weren’t the most reliable and I had both, 2 out of 2 machines, partially fail and totally fail. I give the laptops 2 stars for working beautifully when they worked, but ultimately failing and being more problematic than what I had bargained for. I give Best Buy 5 stars, however, for honoring the terms of their Total Tech warranty, without any problems or issues. It’s been my experience with other companies that they’ve made it an issue to honor warranties, making it either exceedingly difficult or simply not honoring at all. Not Best Buy - they were decent and pleasant to work with through the whole process. Best Buy has gone above and beyond and has earned my business for any and all consumer electronics purchases moving forward.

This is the best laptop I have ever owned. For its era it had the fastest processing speeds I had worked with for a personal computer. OLED x 2880 x 1620 (HD) was a complete game-changer. Battery life was impressive for the first year and had been good since. Unfortunately my USB-A port was dented and the replacement part was unavailable, which has me looking for a new ASUS as this model is no longer available :(

Introduction: I bought this PC to replace my previous laptop, a 1st-Gen Acer Predator Helios 300 that aged like old milk on a Summer day...I wanted to transition from a gaming laptop (which I highly recommend against buying) to something more productive as I also do a lot of digital art & Design work as well. General Notes & Features: — Alexa will talk to you before you even open the laptop, after plugging it in...I uninstalled her along with a few of the other apps this device comes with — Webcam is decent but nothing to write home about—about what you'd expect from a laptop. If you're particularly interested in webcam quality, buy a separate one — Full-size keyboard is nice and sounds good, although the smaller Arrow keys and NUMPAD placement take a bit of time to get used to (personally) — No issues with touchscreen so far, works smooth and responsively — Stays relatively cool, although it can get a little warm to the touch—especially in Tablet mode (if you're concerned about temps, just get an inexpensive Cooling Pad from Amazon) — Battery life is decent, gives 6~8 hours doing light tasks (e.g. a browser w/a few tabs open & Discord running) on 25~30% brightness — Audio can get nice and LOUD, but it sounds like the speakers are right under the keyboard. Anytime I put my hands there to type, it sounds a teeny bit muted although it's nothing significant — Trackpad is quite big, but doesn't get in the way for me (and my hands are relatively big) — Chargeable in Tablet mode, and USB devices will still register as well Pros: + Arguably the best thing about this 2-in-1 is the OLED colors, which are very vibrant and deep. 120Hz Refresh Rate is a nice add-on as well + Windows 11 is blazing fast (as it should be) + Wi-Fi on this PC is EXTREMELY fast, I've been consistently getting top speeds (as seen on my Internet plan) + Appearance is very clean, has a nice minimalistic aesthetic that's easy on the eyes + Matte finish feels good and provides a fair grip + Low-profile build is of sound quality, relatively lightweight (~4 lbs.) and quite slim — very portable (at least compared to my previous laptop, pictures below for reference) + Fan noise is virtually nonexistent (although I haven't stress-tested the fan(s) at all—expect this to change if you do heavier tasks like video editing/gaming) + Windows Hello (aka "Face ID") Sign-in is very convenient (although I personally stay wary of leaving my PC's webcam open. I'm probably going to end up covering it) + (ART-SPECIFIC) This PC works with older Wacom tablets; I have an Intuos Draw (2015 model) and was able to download the drivers and make it function properly, which really comes in handy since I plan on using that as a 'backup' method of drawing. Cons: — The monitor is extremely glossy. This is a "double-edged sword" because while it looks nice & allows the OLED colors to really 'pop' in darker settings, you'll be seeing a lot of your reflection in the daytime, and I wouldn't even think of using this outdoors — Power button placement is awkward—I've put the PC to sleep accidentally a couple times when picking it up — If you use Tablet mode a lot like I do, you'll either have a lot of fingerprints on this device or you'll need to clean it relatively frequently (several times a week). (Pro-tip: Use a microfiber cloth and rubbing alcohol, preferably 70% or more. If you're also going to clean the monitor with these tools, use a dry paper towel afterwards to collect any loose microfibers!) — Nitpick, but there's no light on the 'Num Lock' key to indicate if it's on or off — This laptop DOESN'T come with a Stylus/Pen so you'll have to buy that separately (FYI: After doing some research I bought a Surface Pen [model 1776] and it works fine with this PC, although it *doesn't* have universal pen pressure. You'll have to configure that in the Settings of individual programs if that's something you need, especially for art) Final Notes: My first laptop was also an ASUS, which I was happy with; that said, I had high hopes for this product and it hasn't disappointed me yet. For $960 ('on Sale' price), this is arguably one of, if not THE best option for creatives (artists, designers, etc.) and/or for people who just want a versatile laptop to be productive with. Even at retail price (~$1,200) this is still a solid option to be considered among others. It's said that this PC can handle light gaming, but I might recommend against it mostly because of how warm it gets in Tablet mode...although the OLED display makes me want to play games on it myself, because I'm sure they would look amazing lol

OMG. The screen on this puppy is flipping unbelievable! I picked this up on a whim. It was a store display and I got it for about 50 percent of the full retail price. I couldn't be happier with the entire experience. I usually do my initial research on these types of purchases in stores. Then I check reviews and compare prices on the web. In this instance, the store manager was helping me look at couple laptops in my budgeted range and pulled this one out and said this is the best deal is I would find and she was right. Kudos to her for the attention she gave me when helping me as well as the geek guy who got rid of the bloatwre and had me up and running with MS Office. I really wasn't going to buy a new machine, but I walked out of the store very happy. OLED display is just as sharp and brilliant as my Samsing s20 screen and about 10x the size.

Catching this gem as a daily deal was like striking gold. Purchased slightly more than a year ago and I share use with my 13 year old daughter. Needless to say, it has been put through the gauntlet. It has held up 95%. What sounds like a busted or loose speaker above medium volume, makes up the final 5%. I won't knock off a star for this, as again - *13 year old daughter*. Everything else has ran like a dream. Even the battery has held up surprisingly well while being in basically nonstop use. I'd recommend at regular price. On sale it's a must have.

The Zenbook Pro is an attractive package at this price that is able to offer a professional-grade OLED touch screen display that is color accurate for editing photos, video content work, and consuming content, with premium build quality that is also a 2 in 1 convertible design, and high-end specs like the latest 12th Gen Intel i7 that’s not only more powerful but also power efficient that is paired up with 16GB of high bandwidth LPDDR5 ram to keep things chugging along. It’s not perfect there are some small quirks that I will discuss in more detail below. If you’re looking for a quick answer if this is the one the answer is YES! Unless you’re wanting something more portable or more capable of gaming you cannot go wrong with this laptop. Let’s start with the star of the show and the main component you will be interacting with the most besides the keyboard is the display. The Zenbook Flip 2 comes with a thin bezel 15.6 OLED panel at a resolution of 2880 x 1660 with a smooth refresh rate up to 120hz. There’s also an RGB sensor to automatically adjust the color temperature based on the lighting similar to True Tone on Apple devices. For content creators, you will be happy to know you have several color gamut options at your disposal along with adjusting gamma and color temperature settings. Here are some of the settings available Color Gamut: Native (default vivid colors): factory-calibrated to display vivid full-color images. sRGB: standard color gamut for web content. DCI-P3 (standard cinema colors): standard color gamut for cinema content for movie grade colors. Display P3 (wider true-to-life colors): Combines DCI-P3 with sRGB for a wide color gamut. Not only can you choose your color gamut but you can also apply some pre-default gamma and color temperature profiles like normal and vivid. If you want to fine-tune it to your liking you can adjust the color temperature from a range of -50 to +50 intervals. You also have the option to adjust the level of blue light. This screen is just gorgeous let’s just put it like that. If you ever have passed by a demo Tv at the store that made you pause because of how amazing the picture looked, that’s exactly how I felt when I booted up an HDR 4K Video from Youtube. Asus also made sure to incorporate some safety features like pixel shift and pixel refresh to minimize any burn-in from static images. The 2nd most important component is the keyboard. For the keyboard I found the keys to be too mushy for my liking at first. It felt like I needed to hit the keys with a little bit of extra force to register my inputs. After a couple of days of usage, the keys did get better. The backlight does get plenty bright and what I like about it has a sensor to detect light so it can automatically adjust the backlight to conserve battery life. The touchpad is pretty good overall. It has plenty of surface area and does a good job of picking up multi-touch gestures like web page scrolling or zooming in and out. Since it’s a glass surface your fingers glide at ease. Performance is not much to report on here and that’s because it’s a snappy device. It’s quick to boot up and performs just as fast for everyday tasks. The i7 12700h has plenty of power for editing photos with Adobe and some light video editing work. To me, the biggest improvement is the battery life. The first day I used it after fully charging the battery I had about 48% left after 6hrs of productivity work. I did not experience any slowdowns during this time. Not one time did I hear the fans spin up or any hot spots. You have 3 fan profiles to choose from like Whisper mode (which lowers the TDP power so the CPU uses less energy which translates to less heat and longer battery life) which is excellent for light-load work like web browsing, streaming media, and productivity work. The default profile is a balanced mode which is the profile I used for most of my usage which is right in the middle of whisper and performance mode. The last one is performance mode which is perfect for doing intensive tasks like editing photos or video files when you need all the power you can get from the i7. This is one of the main benefits of the new hybrid system that Intel incorporated into their latest 12th gen processors. For light work, you have efficient cores that take over and for more demanding work the high-performance cores kick in when needed. Heat dissipation is another area that sees improvement from this hybrid setup. Overall you can easily get up to 10 hrs if you set the refresh rate down to 60hz and keep brightness around 50% and use the whisper profile. One thing I like about Asus is their software is very good at automatically switching the refresh rate for you when you’re running on battery power. Another improvement is that the integrated GPU (Iris Xe) is much more powerful and you can actually game on it with most triple AAA titles as long as you keep your settings around low to mid and keep the resolution around 720p up to 1080p depending on the game. I wouldn’t recommend this to someone that is looking for a dedicated gaming device though. With a dual fan setup expect things to be kept cool even during intensive work tasks. You do get a decent amount of ports for a light and thin laptop. You have a full-size USB A 3.2 port, HDMI 2.0, x2 Thunderbolt 4 ports capable of fast charging and video out, and a headphone jack. Asus also included a standard laptop charger. Build quality is excellent for a light laptop that is solid with no squeaks even when holding it with one hand from the corners. I like the matte Navy Blue color that is surrounded by this silver trim that gives it a premium look. It also does an excellent job of hiding most fingerprint smudges. Even though this is a 15.6-inch laptop it feels more like a 14 ½ inch laptop. If you take a look at my picture for size comparison against a 13.3 inch MacBook Air M1, 14 inch Dell Latitude E7470 and last but not least the 17 inch Alienware X17 R1. As you can it’s slightly larger than the Dell unit but with a bigger screen to work with. As for the speakers they’re decent and do get loud. They are located on the front but are still subject to being blocked especially when using it on your lap. I’m sure if they were top firing they would have sounded much louder. You can also use Dolby Access to get a surrounding stage field. Getting under the hood does require a T5 Torx screwdriver. The ram is soldered and there’s only 1 NVME slot. Upgrading the SSD to a larger one will require either a fresh installation or cloning the drive. Future ram upgrades are out of the question. Just make sure you get the right amount of ram for your type of usage. For most 16GB of ram is plenty enough. I am disappointed there’s not an additional NVME slot for an easier way to add additional storage. It’s hard to recommend another laptop that can match what the Zenbook Flip 15 brings to the table. From best-in-class display to top-notch build quality that comes together in a stylish thin and light design that stands out on its own. It does this without sacrificing power or battery life for light and power users. It’s so good it has ended up being my new go-to laptop.

This Asus 2 in 1 laptop was on sale. This Asus is a little bit heavy and may be a little awkward to flip open and use just the touchscreen, it also seemed to run hot in the store. I hope that the keyboard can handle being put on the keys without breaking them. I got the 2 in 1 for doing some graphics and some coloring applications. I wanted more screen space. This laptop has a numeric keyboard and is backlit (I would have gotten the 13" version but it didn't have the numeric keyboard and was lower speed and storage). The smaller version may have been less bulky and better for flipping all the way open. I am also going to use laptop for Quickbooks. I need TotalTech to install Quickbooks that I already own, Office Suite digital download needs to be installed:the student version(student version because I only need one user and it is not subscription based). I hope this Asus does not run hot. I went into Best Buy in hopes of getting some professional help to pick the best laptop for my needs. I don't have a lot of experience in selecting the appropriate computer. After I paid for it then I was told that Windows 11 (Advertised as included) would need to be installed because laptop is 2021 version, The information online says it's 2022. Lots of conflicting information. I needed to purchase at the mid price point. Unfortunately, my salesman was very distracted by his headset and other customers. He was helpful but I did not feel like I was a priority. I needed to purchase a stylus because it is not included. The salesman suggested one that was not in stock. It turns out that the stylus he suggested is not compatible with the Asus. I had to do that research on my own. I called TotalTech more than twice to find out which stylus to get and got a different answer every time. I have to go back to the store to speak to a live person in TotalTech. I haven't gotten to even try this laptop as I still haven't been able to find the correct stylus. I need to try the touchscreen before I load all my programs and information on a laptop that I might have to exchange or return. It would be nice if I could update this review after seeing how well it works. I keep getting emails asking for a review. 2 stars because I am not sure if this Asus is what I want or need. Heat, stylus and weight are current cons. I wish I had a better experience with this purchase. I can't answer all the review information at this time. This laptop is supposed to be better than a Samsung Book3, per the salesman. I would have spent more money on the Samsung if it was a better product but I was depending on the salesman for information.

Wow. The OLED screen on this is beautiful. THE GOOD ~ Screen (OLED) ~ Graphics (Entry level graphics card, but still great) ~ Touch screen ~ Full keyboard with number pad ~ Backlit keyboard ~ USB 3.2 (1) ~ USB-C (2) ~ Mini SD card slot ~ HDMI ~ Fast (12th Gen) ~ 16GB LPDDR5 RAM ~ 120 Hz refresh ~ lightweight (<4 pounds) THE BAD ~ 512GB SSD (prefer 1TB at least) ~ Froze THE MEH (Could go either way) ~ Proprietary charging * ~ Sound OVERALL The graphics on this screen are beautiful. After turning it on, I headed over to YouTube and grabbed some 8K videos of animals and stuff. Yes, the video is 8K. I set it to HD and watched. I was blown away by the amount of detail, the richness of the colors and the black-black that only OLED can do. I have a 2K 27" monitor as my main monitor for my desktop. The screen on this Asus Zenbook Flip is sharper and more colorful. As far as processing, this thing is fast. I put Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator on it. They both load up like they were a little notepad document. I was surprised, because this Zenbook loads them faster than my desktop with 32GB RAM and an Nvme m.2 drive. I loaded World of Tanks on here and opened it to see how it looks. It looks good. I only played the boot camp mode (training), so it isn't as graphically intense as a real game might be, but it still worked fine and looked great. I like that this has a USB 3.2 connection because I still have old thumb drives I occasionally use. The Mini SD card is nice as well as it makes adding photos from my camera or files from my phone a snap. The sound quality is kind of lacking in my opinion. I have another Asus laptop that I think is better. It wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. If you're an audiophile, you probably don't expect much from laptop speakers anyway. These work and they get loud enough for me, but they seem a little rattle-y at times. When I first picked this up, I thought it felt too light and kind of cheap or plasticky. They more I have held it and used it, the more solid it actually feels. It doesn't feel as sturdy as my aluminum Asus laptop, but it feels good. When I opened it, I was surprised to see a 10-key number pad. I don't usually see them on 15" laptops. I love having it, though, because I sometimes do a lot of number work. This only has a 512GB SSD. For what I plan on using it for, that should be ample, but then again, there was a time when I thought a 256GB would be big enough. LOL. Now I have about 20TB in my desktop. Part of the bad--I don't know what happened. I had a few youtube screens open with videos going. Another couple windows. I opened a recommended story in the pop-up widgets at the low left corner. The computer completely froze. I tried closing and reopening it several times, that didn't fix it. I tried multiple times to force a shutdown by holding the power key 10 seconds (the manual says 4 seconds forces a shutdown. Nothing worked. The screen was on, but everything was completely unresponsive. I left it unplugged and let it sit for about an hour, hoping it would eventually turn off or run out the battery. After about 80 minutes, I tried the power key again and this time it shut off. I have not been able to reproduce the error. I'm guessing it had something to do with the link I followed. * I put proprietary charging as a MEH, only because I'm not a fan of it. So many laptops and devices are going to USB-C charging. Now, to be fair, it is possible to charge this using USB-C, but I don't want to have to look and see if I'm charging it with a 20V/5A source (as recommended in the manual). If you want to do some photo or graphic work or you want a lightweight computer you can use for school/work AND enjoy Netflix or Hulu on, this would definitely be a great choice. ULTIMATE QUESTION Everything always boils down to: would you recommend this? Absolutely. It isn't a bank-buster and it has a great deal of versatility. Did I mention it has a phenomenal looking OLED screen? :)

Sucks at Basic Graphics; Need to Return It

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

Let's start with the good side. The screen is amazing. It's a bright, vivid OLED screen with 2.8K resolution, better than most laptop screens at this price range. Also the form factor is great. It folds all the way down and can turn into a laptop. The bluish color is also great, giving a metallic, premium feeling. The speakers are great, too. Now the most important reason that made me return it was its graphics performance. I mean I don't play any games and I don't expect to get a lot out of the integrated Intel Xe graphics. But this laptop sucks at even the most basic tasks like screen sharing in Zoom. Every time I turn on screen sharing in a web meeting, my camera freezes (or goes to one frame per 2-3 seconds) and in the task manager I can see the graphics processor running at full capacity. And it sucks at opening large PDFs, too, especially if they are scanned copies or contain lots of images. If you have these basic graphics needs, then I would recommend getting a laptop with at least something like GTX 1060 or Arc A370M. The integrated Xe graphics is just not enough to power the 2.8K screen. Some other issues that I had with this laptop include a not-too-good trackpad and a keyboard which the space bar sometimes fails to register. It also often suddenly goes to sleep when for example I plug the power on or open a document. It's a weird issue but I'm not sure if that has to do with ASUS.

If the only thing that mattered was the screen, this would be the one to buy! Once you experience OLED its hard to go back. As beautiful as the screen is, it comes wrapped in an equally beautiful blue body with a classy silver accent around the edge. This is my first Asus laptop and it feels extremely well made, as nice as any laptop I’ve ever used. The backlight keyboard and just the right size track pad have a nice tactile feel to them. Asus claims military grade durability, (I can’t speak to that) but it does feel really well made. Looks will only get you so far and this machine has the specs and performance to back it up. 12th gen Core i7, 16GB memory, WiFi 6 and a fast SSD make multitasking fast and smooth. It’s been along time since I’ve used an Intel equipped machine and I’ve been impressed so far. It comes equipped with 1 full size hdmi port, 1 USB-A port , 2 USB-C/Thunderbolt ports, headphone jack and a micro sd card reader. Probably my biggest surprise has been Windows 11, I’ve been extremely impressed with the functionality and clean design. Along with that, the MyAsus hub is really useful and adds a lot to the user experience. I’m usually not a big fan of OEM installed software, but Asus has done it right. It allows you to easily change and configure important settings, along with other tasks. On the security front Asus gives you the ability to disable the mic and camera with physical buttons that shows when they’re off. Battery life has been impressive also, after 2.5 to 3 hours of use it was still @ 85%. If you’re looking for a laptop with classy looks, a beautiful vibrant screen and good specs, this Asus has you covered .

I went into Best Buy looking for a gaming / school / work laptop computer. Found the Asus Zenbook shortly thereafter , and was completely amazed at computing power of laptop . Immediately bought it , brought it home and have been in love ever since then . This computer will get me my Associates Degree in Computer Sciences

After the unboxing I was greeted with a sleek but stout laptop with some heft to it, about 4lbs. I was surprised by the weight honestly. After peeling all the stickers off and booting it up for the first time I was amazed by the OLED screen which totes a 2880X1620 resolution at 120hz refresh rate (which is not active out of the box, you must go into display settings to change it). Man is it Beautiful. This laptop comes with your typical power brick from asus which is pretty small for what it does when compared to other laptops. Thats all you get in the box. After set up I went in and started browsing the internet via Chrome and started to open multiple tabs. Knowing that chrome is a resource hog this was a great test. I had 10 tabs open and playing video on 3 of those tabs at the same time, Netflix, Youtube and Hulu. This thing screamed through all of it. Not a single slow down that I noticed. I then went into Excel and started editing some work files and of course with 16GB of ram there were no issues. The 12th gen Core i7 coupled with the 16GB LPDDR5 ram just crushes everything I could throw at it. I did not play any games though as this really isn't marketed for that. But basic games should run fine on the Intel Iris Xe Graphics. I love the 2n1 design and the touch screen to go with it. Great setup for those moments when you're on the go. Tent mode as some call it is immersive with the screens thin bezels. The touch screen is very responsive and multi-touch. The keyboard is backlit and has 10key which I am excited about as I type a lot of numbers for work, its smaller than that of a full size keyboard layout. But it does get the job done for me anyway. The keys have decent travel for a laptop, pretty clicky but not in the sense of a mechanical keyboard but just a nice set of keys for a laptop. This comes preinstalled with Windows 11 and a 512 SSD which is pretty small in 2022 but will get you by. There is Windows face unlock which I love to death and it works really well and is faster than typing my pin. I open the lid (which you can do one handed by the way) and the facial recognition is almost instant. This laptop has Alexa built in which I have not tried as I don't use voice assistants typically. The built in ports are as follows. Full size HDMI, 2 Thunderbolt USB C ports. I USB A, an audio jack. Pros: That Screen, 16GB of Ram and the latest core i7 from intel. Cons: SSD size which should be upgradable.

4 Issues: 1. 8gb ram. Should be 16gb at the price range. 2. 256gb storage. Should be 512gb+ at the price range. 3. Weight/thickness. Quite heavy and thick for price range. 4. 360° rotation is finicky. Half the time doesnt recognize its flipped and wont cut off keyboard/pad or reorient display. These specs are at the level of a $600 laptop. This is $1000+. Ultra light 360° laptops have been around for about 8 years now. They should have done much better with this. Disappointing. However, UHD Oled screen with 120hz refresh is top of the line. Only reason Id consider the device at the price.

      Dear JustinC,

      Thank you for your comment.

We certainly understand your disappointment and the inconvenience this may have caused if it didn't meet your expectations. In order to make the keyboard/touchpad responsive when flipped to tablet mode, check if Windows, drivers and BIOS are up to date.
