Purchased less than 2 months and this $@&$%#* thing will not boot up! I’ll post a picture/video. Very upset at this point that I have to deal with this issue for a NEW expensive laptop!

We're sorry to hear that the notebook is unable to boot up and we apologize for the inconvenience caused. This is not the kind of quality to expect from ASUS products and it's not the norm. Based on the issue described, we recommend performing a Hard Reset.
Hard Reset 1. Remove the AC adapter. 2. Press and hold the power button for 60 seconds. 3. Reconnect AC adapter. 4. Turn on the power of the device.
