this laptop is close to perfect, especially considering the price on sale. Battery life is great for regular work use (emails, browsing, etc.) and remains very efficient throughout. Seems to get better over time as well, as it adjusts to work routines. I love the screen, in all it's Oled glory. Only issues I've had up to now has to do with some strange start-ups when waking up the laptop when it would occasionally take a long time to wake up, and also issues with the USB-c thunderbolt port connecting to projector (though that might be related to other issues and not the laptop itself). It can even do some light gaming at 720p or 1080p, with the integrated gpu working wonders! Overall, I don't think anyone can go wrong with this.

It is like a current Macbook air but much better in my opinion. Battery life is less, but still getting like 8 hours and much better performance, software selection, upgradability, repairability, price etc etc even the design is hotter. I wanted a lightweight machine that runs most older games, runs cool, silent and this thing delivers. Looks fragile therefore i kept the inner paper box for backpack support until i find some clamshell case. The screen is amazing and the keyboard is one of the best i ever used. I had a few software bugs out of the box and the charger will charge anything but this machine so i am using it with a pd charge battery between the charger and the machine now until i figure out what is wrong.
Other than this I'm very happy with it.

To get it out of the way, I only have 2 complaints with this laptop. The first is that the trackpad is a diving board style mechanical click that doesn't really fit in with the premium feel of the rest of the laptop. It's not bad by any means, but once you've used a nice haptic touchpad like the ones on newer Surfaces and Macbooks, all the mechanical ones will feel cheap in comparison. The second is that the keyboard backlight even at its lowest setting is BRIGHT, if they could tone it down a bit with a bios update or something then the keyboard would be so much nicer to use in the dark. Everything else with this laptop is amazing, the thinness of it is unbelievable, the performance is great, even good enough for some light games (at actually playable framerates with decent graphics settings), the oled display is really nice to look at and the super slim bezels make it look even more premium and allow a 16" screen to fit in a resonably sized laptop, and I love the finish on the top lid of the laptop. Ive seen some complaints about it be easy to wear down and when I purchased mine as open box there were a small amount of scuffs near the edges but sinc ei have been using it, I have not seen any new marks appear after sliding it in and out of a sleeve constantly.

Truly incredible machine. Great performance, with far more cores and multicore performance than the zenbooks with lunar lake core ultra processors. Low fan noise, great speakers, amazing build quality. Beautiful screen! 24gb ram a welcome upgrade over 16, as I often find myself using more than 16gb in my standard use cases, but 24gb is more than enough for now. Highly recommended! Some complaints from other reviews seem to have been addressed by BIOS updates from Asus as I have not had the same issues. Oh and.. 10 hours of real world battery life! Amazing. Get it!

Great overall laptop. It is lightweight and has a great display.
I wish there were more USB ports, and the brightness level seems to dip a bit, but is easily changed.

The screen on this laptop is beautiful, it is very lightweight, and can run adobe illustrator and other programs I need it to run. Very happy with it!!!

Despite numerous lukewarm reviews I am very happy with this laptop. I upgraded it to windows 11 pro and also installed a WD SN7100 2TB SSD. I use it with an expansion dock through which I connect an external 4K Monitor. The only complaint I have is that the ASUS drivers seem a bit dodgy. The monitor sometimes doesn’t receive an HDMI signal after hibernation? Hopefully ASUS will address their deficiencies going forwards. I use a (fairly powerful, slightly noisy) cooling pad to address the heating that folks talk/complain about and it keeps my CPU temperature comfortably in the 50s. Overall I’m very happy with the laptop. Beautiful screen and a decent selection of ports.

Laptop is full of features and great value for money. Great screen. However, biggest issue with this laptop is heating while charging. It get worse when you are working and charging simultaneously. Asus need to work on cooling systems especially laptops being sold as AI compatible.

Absolutely love Asus! This is my third Asus and absolutely love them. My previous ones still run just can’t keep up with all the new software and apps. But this one is amazing and since my old one is from 2015 it was time. You will not be disappointed with Asus of any kind. This laptop is awesome especially everything that comes on it!

I was in the market for a laptop to use primarily to watch movies/Youtube/etc, and this sounded like a perfect match on paper. A powerful Ryzen 9 chip, a crispy OLED display with touch capability, a good amount of RAM all in an excellent chassis with fantastic battery life. I was in love with this laptop until I watched my first video on it.
The speakers are absolute trash and make no sense with the other premium components. I really wanted to like this laptop, but the speakers are so bad that it makes the laptop feel cheap - tinny, muted, and lacks bass. Side firing speakers are a first for me and to me, they sound worse than bottom firing ones because the sound has nothing to bounce off of. This is really confusing because Asus has shown they can put really good speakers in their premium slim laptops with their Zephyrus line, but chose to cheap out on this one.
If you care at all about audio, pass on this. If you don't care, then it is a good deal on sale.
We're sorry to hear that the speaker quality on your laptop has been such a significant disappointment, undermining the premium feel of the device. We appreciate your candid feedback, including the comparison to other ASUS lines and your insights on speaker placement and performance. This detailed feedback is incredibly valuable and will be directly shared with our product development teams to inform continuous improvements in our audio solutions. While we can't change the physical speakers, if you'd like to explore any software-based audio enhancements or discuss external audio options to improve your current experience, please contact me at [email protected]. A lovely laptop, actually smaller in person. The screen is fantastic, and illuminates from a very wide angle, but it is a bit reflective. SO happy to find an open box of this, so willing to drive 90 mins up to Erie and glad that I did. Much more powerful that my PC which was no slouch just a few years ago. I haven't really experienced any overheating but I use it on a desk.

This is one amazing laptop, but I have some caveats. First, it has crap MediaTek 802.11, and surprisingly, the 802.11b is a little bit weak. I can get reception while laying in my bedroom, but if I cross my legs behind the laptop, that attenuates the signal enough that it will cut out. Second, the laptop is thin and cool MOST of the time, but charging heats up the battery A LOT. I wish there were a "trick charge" option. A lot of people buy this laptop expecting it to be an iGPU/APU gaming powerhouse, but it really is limited to 28/34w of power, so the 370 model is not really faster than the 365 model, and I got the 365 model because I mostly need a glass typewriter with a huge screen. The screen by the way is FANTASTIC (the nicest I have seen in my lifetime, and we have a $1200 Vizio Quantum X TV), and the performance and energy savings of this laptop are AMAZING. What is a problem, though, is bugs in windows 11, and you cannot downgrade to Windows 10 to get a stable OS because nobody is supportings Windows 10 on these AMD 300-series AI processors.
