many have complained about the performance, i am not a much of a user for android,but it seems okay to me. NOT Great but OKAY!

It’s a beautiful and a great product for the price

My kids prefer this phone over my Nexus 5x, which cost twice as much. It's not a flagship phone, but I don't value those as a place where I want to invest $600+. I prefer the clean Android experience, but my kids have no issue with the Zen UI. I have been deactivating apps as they make their presence known, so it's really not a big deal.

Asus Zen phone is a good phone for the price. God camera

Prompt delivery from best buy. Transfer apps and data from old phone at a breeze. Sufficient ram to work around and carefree battery capacity from 7am to midnight. Some bloatware are user-orientated and helpful. Could have 5 stars if metal case is not that slippery.

I've had this phone for about 2 months now. Nothing spectacular but for the price it does a pretty good job. Good battery performance and slightly above average performance. I plan on using this as my backup device in the near future once I upgrade.

I looked at several unlocked phones, evaluating price versus power/features/utility. This particular phone will be used by my office, and it was compatible with one of the less expensive services and plans, which was a plus. It appeared that this phone pairs well with many services, for what its worth. I have used a number of ASUS products, including a fairly recent purchase of a higher end android tablet. With the recent great experience on the Android platform I spoke with the Best Buy Mobile staff and decided to give this a shot. I am not disappointed! For the price, I am very pleased with the function, specifications, and flexibility with service options.

I only had this phone for a week. So I don't have much to say, but the battery life was great. The phone was a little slow when looking up things on the internet browser. Probably because of the many apps that will install on the phone.

Economic replacement for a broken cell phone. Not quite as fast as the Galaxy 6 but still very nice.

Phone is peppy, reminds me that spending $800 for a cell phone isn't always necessary, camera is so so but good for the price. Haven't yet loaded it up with apps and data yet so can't vouch for long term performance. But at this price point can easily replace sooner if desired,

I love my phone .Have to get use to since had Samsung for 4 years. but overall pretty much the same android just different settings. Great camera long battery life

Takes great photos & good touch sensitivity. Using on T-mobile, phone service is good as well. Highly recommend! Battery life for regular use is also like 2 days!

Battery life is good but dont go for this one for camera.

Bought this for my wife and she was able to use her AT&T prepaid and Freedompop services.

Never heard of this brand but seems to be working good. I purchased for my daughter for a Christmas present. she has a tendency to break the higher priced phones. She hasn't complained at all. It must be doing what it was made for. I purchased on Black Friday, so price was good.
