Solid WIfi 6 router. I get high speeds and reliable strong connection. App is easy to use. set up was easy as well

The ease at which the Geek Squad installed my mesh network was impressive. My only concern is that the app openly displays the passwords.

This Wi-Fi mesh promises so much yet delivers almost nothing. Packed with some great features that make you think you're covered for life regarding your Wi-Fi needs. Waited for 2 months to find availability, and then waited another 10 days for delivery. Set them up right away, here's what happened: - Extreme throughput inconsistency. One minute I see 1200mbps on my Wi-Fi 6 capable phone, the next, lucky if I get 15mbps. Can't even load the most basic app/webpage. - There is almost no connectivity switch between the nodes. If your device is connected to one node, it will only be connected to that node. Even when you're next to the other node, it will most likely not switch to it. So you end up sufficing with whatever the other node can deliver from distance even though you're next to one. - As if the above points were not frustrating enough, within 20 hours of setup, the main router decided to break down for no reason. No matter what I tried: factory reset, power cycle, changing several Ethernet cables. Nothing worked. It got stuck at the blinking green LED light meaning booting up. The ASUS app doesn't it, the other node doesn't see it. No online troubleshooting step (almost non-existent anyway) helps fix it. To add to that, ASUS support channel literally works 8-5 Mon-Fri. So no help in the next 2 days. Luckily though, BestBuy is open on the weekends, so I returned it and got my $500 back (including tax). My good old Xfinity router doesn't give 1200mbps at least it doesn't deprive me of basic connectivity, either. I can survive with 250mpbs. Great concept and features, but poor execution and service. I may give it another go next year, if other brands don't tempt me to buy theirs.

Networking devices provided adequate coverage and signal strength when they work. However, they also randomly stop providing an Internet signal sporadically throughout the day, on a completely wired connection. Attempted to work with tech support and after 7 emails where they did not understand my problem and contained to send me troubleshooting steps for wireless connectivity. They also as requested the same data sets (topology maps, configuration file, description of issue) repeatedly. I can’t recommend these devices to anyone else - it’s been a frustrating experience losing connectivity once-a-day, and their tech support has been the opposite of helpful.

Expensive but extremely easy to setup and provides great coverage of our 2500 square foot, single story house.

Very solid signal and have zero issues of dropped connections! Super happy with that. Just wish the speeds were more. I have Gig service and max wifi speed I get from it same room is almost 515Mbps off the main box and off the satellite box I get 400-500 Mbps. Just wish I could get my full gig service off of it via WiFi. But overall still super happy and would definitely recommend

I got 2 pair to replace 3 apple airport extremes. I have an old home with 2, 4-6 flue chimneys and plaster walls. These were not my first attempt at replacement but they are the first that functioned well. Set up was relatively easy and we are bathed in wifi. Device hand offs have been good. Ultimately these are the best deal among wifi 6 options when you factor price, free parental controls, and far superior settings options.

Great product. I now have more speed and my wireless cameras can be installed further away!

I have a large house and while I was getting Gigabit internet speeds in the family room where the modem was, the original mesh system I had was only giving me about 50 MPS in the office. Installed this system with one in the family room and one in the office and now running around 700 MBS in the office! Expensive but we’ll worth it. Very satisfied!

Decent coverage. Decent website interface. Biggest complaint is that QOS and device monitoring are still clunky.

Best router I have had so far when it works. There have been at least two times when satellite router ended up in an infinite reboot. Good thing the main router was still working so I experienced no internet interruption. I had to reset the satellite and turn it off for several hours. Even though I was expecting all settings on the satellite to be gone after the reset, surprisingly it just connected back to the iMesh network automatically after turning it on.

Not the easiest instructions to follow but take the easy path first to get it set up. Then it is easy to go back to change the various options and there are plenty of them. The coverage is great with full strength even into the surrounding property. Once set up it is a good idea to turn off broadcast. I used same name and password as replaced router and did not have to change them on any wi-fi device connected to previous router.

Fast when it works, but seems to be a bit flaky with some of my devices. Sone devices will get a connection but be so slow you can’t even load google (while at the same time other devices in the household have speedy internet)

Real easy to setup. Great speeds all throughout the house. Definitely worth it.

This router started out with exceptional speed. I have 1 gig speed at home and I have been unable to find a router than can get past 600. This one started out around 800 but after months of use, it slowly decreased and I can't seem to get faster than 400. Very disappointed because I loved the features of the app and being able to control all devices.

Don’t think twice about this mesh system. Quick and easy setup with tons of customization for power users. The range on this thing is astonishing! I get full bars all throughout my house and guest house. They also sell wall mounts that these things click into. Looks very clean. Best upgrade I’ve made to my network in probably 10 years. It seems expensive but it’s totally future proof and worth every penny.

Easy to set up and strong signal. The phone app is very detailed and easy to use.

The ASUS ZenWifi is a beast! We have a ton of devices connecting to these mesh wifi routers and we never have issues with dropped connection, speed degradation , etc. The mobile app let you securely share your wifi with friends without having to give them your password. Robust security and parental options. Just two of these cover our 2500 sq ft two-story home.
