It’s an awesome phone I love it a lot and was very easy to program it’s not a big deal if the time requires to be reset from a power outage because the caller id from the phone company sets the accurate time and date when an incoming call happens and the phone company voicemail also tells you the current time and date the caller left you the voicemail. And also the directory phone numbers that you’ve programmed remains in both handsets and the phone base station where the phone charges from the ptt button and sound quality is awesome. The owners manual suggests you need to purchase a phone line filter to filter any background static and other hum sounds when you hear the dial tone then it’ll give you a clearer sound quality. I have the phone line filter which connects to the back of my dsl router to the phone line going to my phone and I purchased a second phone filter for my dsl tv router so it doesn’t buffer to make it load quicker. I highly recommend this product to my friends and family. The base station speaker phone works great and caller Id also lights up in large display which I love I have no complaints about it.

Very good product. Set up is easy although I didn't use all the bells & whistles yet. Once my directory is set up can use the call blocking feature. Also has bluetooth so it can be linked to a cell phone which we're not using. Clear answering machine also.

Big numbers on the phone very useful for my mum. Clear sound and the graduation allows for a high ring. She is super happy with this pair. It works in two floor houses or duplex apartments.

I know. You're thinking to yourself, who the *heck* has a land line anymore? Some of us do, particularly if we live in a satellite dead zone, despite living in a city with plenty of towers. Anyhow, for those of you that need reliable communication when your cell service goes out or can't seem to cover your house, this AT&T set works great. My folks had the previous incarnation of this model and it lasted over 20 years. The sound quality on these units is excellent. What is WAY amazing about this unit is there's a call screening function - enter the numbers of family and friends you don't mind coming through for calls means you won't miss their reach-out-and-touch-someone moments. But if a telemarketer or cold calling person (or robot) is trying to interrupt your meal time with your family, they aren't going to ring through. It's fantastic. No longer do I have to answer calls for my long-dead parents about remodeling something that was fixed long ago. I highly recommend this unit and while it may not have the character and charm of the old-school rotary dialing phones with the curly cord, it does the job beautifully.

This phone set is so amazing, I had to buy my Bestfriend a set. The battery hasnt died like most cordless phones and I've had this phone for almost 3 years. The conversations are crystal clear. And the distance is wide, I have zero static when I go outside on my phone. Also it has tons of features like Bluetooth, and Smart Call Block. Best investment ever!!

This system powered by the Verizon voip land line service works out great! I love that there are two phones so I can have one on the sales floor and the other in the back room. Voicemail works great, batteries last a long time! After a lot of research on best system for a land line, this is what I chose and am happy with this phone system. It’s easy to use right out the box, and works for everything I need it to work for.

Solid phone system that does not break the bank. Audio playback is clear, how to use is clear. Good range with the 2nd unit, not much to complain about it anything at all. Big improvement over my VTech which was similar cost, but with 1 unit, and worst audio quality.

Excellent system with numerous options and easily blocks unwanted calls. Clear tonal quality. Amazingly inexpensive.

This phone system is awesome. Phone clarity is crystal clear and the handsets work perfectly in all areas in my home as well as outside when I grill or sit on the patio. It has some neat features as well, I particularity like the ability to send unknown numbers to my answering machine without hearing the phone ring. There are other options on the phone to deal with telemarketers or to screen your calls etc. Plus, it has call blocking. VERY COOL. I recommend this phone system and how can you beat the price?

Set up was easy and still works just like new today. Having the portable 2nd phone is handy when you are in other areas of your home. Always reliable.

Clear reception. The volume levels go from whisper to very loud. The negatives I've found mostly setting up the mailbox. You have to read through a 30+ page online booklet to be able to navigate through this unfamiliar system. But once set up It is a very nice phone with ample voicemail storage

It is a nice phone in general, however inexplicably, sometimes the answering machine does not work. Some of my callers report the phone continues to ring even though I am not on the phone with someone else. Not enough of a problem to not recommend.

Adequate for the price. Could have more programmable features (like setting longer ring). And the buttons could be bigger and more visible (for old folks). But the setup was easy, and the second handset a complete no-brainer. Is there a ringer volume somewhere.

Works perfectly. Connects easily and voice quality is great. I'm older and needed a landline in addition to my cellphone.

I picked this phone because I could transfer contacts from my cell phone to my landline. The last thing I wanted to do with my life was manually put in 101 contacts in a phone. This phone works great and alerts me to spam callers which can be over 25 a day sometimes. The call blocking feature helps me block old friends who are crazy from my past. I don't have the best of hearing but can always hear people clearly on this phone.

Good quality item at reasonable price. Easy to setup too.
