From the initial contact to make the appointment to the actual visit the associates were kind, informed and helpful. I was contacted via email, text and phone about arrival time. The service was completed successfully and kindly. Kudos to the entire team !

Call Blocking Is The Best Feature

Great Handset

Not What We Needed

I had spam features and an answering machine. I set the telephone to ring 6 times. It rang 2 quick chirps 3 times. She couldn’t operate the answering machine. It was not a bad phone - it just wasn’t a good fit for her. I returned the item.

Funny Key Sounds

It doesn't sound like a clear tone. Now, that being said, it could be a security feature that defends against someone picking up the numbers entered. It just sounds like something in wrong with the phone.

Great with blocking bots
