Meh. It's fine. The cord is always tangled so I use it hands-free. Unfortunately, the speaker doesn't always pick up my voice. Also, the lowest ringer setting is very loud and all the settings are pretty complicated.

I haven't set my new handset up yet, so I don't have a review rating.

Works just like my last phone, no big deal. Hope it last long.

WRONG SYSTEM. DID NOTWORK WITH MY EXISTING SYSTEM LIKE YOU SAID IT WOULD. THIS WAS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.

Purchased these phone and not enough instruction and very complicated to use

I bought this in May, 2021 as a replacement for a dated wireless handset. They loved it. However in less than 6 months the second charging base isn't charging the handset. The cable shows no signs to damage and the charging base was tested in different outlets.

I purchased this phone for my parents in September and they started having problems with it by Oct. They were having problems with the service and had to call their cable provider on several occasions only to finally realize that it was not the cable phone service but the phone itself. At times they couldn’t make calls and when u would call them they couldn’t hear you. Now I have to get them a new phone.

Just a very ordinary and average kind of phone. Not easy to set up.

we have been sick and unable to drive back up to return the phones or find out why they are notworking. phone rings once or twice and goes dead, also if someone calls says i have messages but when we go to retrieve them it says there are no messages. We are hoping to get up to you to have the phones check out in the next three weeks, but this will depend on our strength. hoping you can get them working right or replace them. thank you

Very staticky and can’t hear the caller clear enough.

bought 2 of these both did the same thing, when trying to call out, sounds like the phone just doesn't dial right, very slow and funny beeping.

After a month of use, the phone echoed to people calling in. I called ATT support and they said to reset the phone by unpluging, wait 5 minutes and plug back in. That did not help. They told me to send it in for repair. I did. I received the phone and after a month it echoed again. I reset the phone and this time the echo went away. But it came back the next day.

Not user friendly, difficulty linking it to the cell. It was actually a gift for someone. I helped them to set it up and found that it was not as easy the Panasonic ones I had previously used.

Missed calls can be accessed only on the base, and not on the handsets. Very inconvenient for old handicapped users. (unless there's a way we don't know about) Stan Levin

Bought it on the "quick" thinking it just might work well with my service provider which is AT&T. Very difficult to operate in many instances. Plus it only rings twice. Called AT&T hoping they could do something to get it to ring more, but after an hour of some young lady at the other end trying, it was no use. Decided then after having it hooked up for a few days to return it.

I have had this phone about 8 months - it stops working - meaning we have no dial tone. This has happened about 5 times so far, and usually unplugging it, wait a couple of minutes, then plug it back in makes it work. Well, today that does not work, nor does unplugging, disconnecting the battery and waiting a few minutes. I'm done with this phone - just sharing my experience
